I was planning on booking a Hummer H2 for my 21st birthday so was calling around and doing research and getting quotes to get the best deal at the cheapest price when i came across Fast Limo Hire. At first they looked promising, the lady I spoke to (who said her name was Arti) firstly offered me a 14 seater with 2 bottles of bubbly for £395 and was only asking for a deposit of £35 which I thought was really good compared to the quotes i'd been getting so i told her id been in touch. A few days later i called back to place my booking but Arti was now telling me £495 for the same offer (i had been quoted better offers for cheaper prices elsewhere) as I was trying to explain to her what she had perviously quoted me and trying to explain that i had my notepad in front of me where i'd been writing down as i was speaking to her on the phone a few days before, she then started to get aggressive over the phone calling me a "liar" and threatening to hang up the phone on me. After this she suggested to take my contact details and that she'd get a manager to call me back when he/she gets into the office (within 2 hours). I waited all day and heard nothing. I have heard nothing from the company since. I was highly unimpressed with the way i was spoken to and lied to by this Arti lady and i am glad i didn't go with them. However I would HIGHLY recommend Herts Limos. I went with them in the end and they were absolutely amazing. The deal was better as more was included and it cost less than £495. The driver was outside my house and waiting a whole hour before the due pick up time. He was professional and fun. He even stopped off for us to get food on the way home and dropped off one of my friends on the way home. I had the best birthday ever thanks to Herts Limos. I would NEVER recommend Fast Limo Hire. Don't even think about it everyone. read more
