Someone got in touch with me via e-mail right away and started to work on my order. A proof was sent to me for approval and about a week later I was able to pick up my completed posters and table tents! I thought prices were reasonable. 50% is due as a deposit when you place the order and the other 50% is due when you pick up. They offer delivery as well, but I live locally so I decided just to stop by. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the project printed out great! The photo processing and studio in the back kind of make it an ideal all-in-one location for all things photography related. They had plenty of helpful staff on hand to help out the crowd of people in the store at the time but the majority of customers clearly knew what they were talking about and what they were looking for. I would be interested to see how the staff are on regular business days but they did seem very friendly throughout all of my interactions. The back studio area where the class/presentation was held is an impressive size. I could see how it could be useful for a number of situations. All in all this was a great introduction to the shop and hopefully I'll be able to visit more often in the future.
