Kaila is so sweet, knowledgeable, and professional; I didn't want to leave because we were having a nice chat. I can say the same thing about everyone who has helped me at SUPERPAWN. As you walk in the front door you are greeted by each and every employee. They always take their time to make sure you're happy. And they have a wide range of products inside as well outside. They have everything from a small cement mixer to a Harley Davidson. Inside they have beautiful jewelry, tools, speakers, watches, purses, and the list goes on. If you're looking to buy something specific go there first. If you're looking to sell something, go there first. Thanks, everybody at SUPERPAWN for everything you've done for me. Until next time... Nice Lobby with seating area and walk-up window/counter with chairs. Friendly young lady greeted us and she handled the whole transaction from start to finish. We cleared out a jewelry box and had a hodgepodge of gold items (rings, necklaces, mismatch earrings etc.) She quickly determined what was gold with a magnet (did not know that was the process) she then did a couple things to further determine which items were 100% gold. She weighed the final stuff that made the cut, and made a reasonable offer. We walked out with a check. Easy process with no issues. We never did this before so not sure what to expect, overall very easy, no stress and seemed like a fair transaction.
