Incompetent, ignorant and not fit for purpose. My family have used this company for years, but will no longer do so. When you book a cab in plenty of time, to catch a train the cab company has ONE JOB.
The car didn't turn up. "Its on it's way" presumably means from Mars.
I missed my train. No apology. Just an arrogant disregard for customers and "We can't guarantee you wont miss your train"
Another train ticket costs me £80 and two hours.
