I was told nothing was being paid on the principal just interest only. So I asked if this would be an eternal loan and she replied as long as we pay the interest only, yes. Please avoid doing business with this company, we really didn't fully understand we could be paying on this forever when the terms were explained. This is like a mortgage from hell itself, imprisoned to pay these people for the rest of our lives. Unbelievable.
