Unbelievably rude help.... after waiting months now for a behringer part that I was quoted 130.00…read moreon, I get a second unit in that needs one too and call to see if any hope exists of getting one in. First person Stacy tells me to get the part number and I have another call come in and ask if she'll hold a few seconds while i tell them I'll call back. literally 10 seconds later she's hung up on me. So I call back..wade through the message and the lady tells me Stacy is busy at the counter now...she can 'help' me. I explain that the part number I read off we've been waiting for and SHE changes the whole story to 'we never sell parts'. Calls me a liar for claiming that I was quoted and have waited a a few months now. Accuses me of being 'rude' for saying that's what happened..hangs up when i say 'but you're calling me a liar'. Great PR people. Great PR..... so what do I do now? i call Behringer and the lady I get there acts like she's standing right by the other lady. Talks over the top of me and tries to divert me to another service center who will probably tell me the same thing. Sorry done being baited and switched on for the day.

Within an hour, "Brian" arrived and just said "oh no" Since a total Professional, told me that he would try and clean a small spot. The stain started to come out! By the time he finished, I was not only amazed but wanted to write this review. I would definitely Recommend this Business. Told me he would charge me the "House Call". He did but also removed 98.9 percent of the paint stains. Ask if he could clean some more "unaffected" carpet he did and charged me basically change. If you need any carpet or tile cleaned and live in Crossville you can not do any better then this business. This was Sincerely written!
