Over priced for the service delivered. They require an expensive deep cleaning service first, but…read morethey don't "deep clean" anything. Only surface clean most things. They won't dust shelves with lots of things on them. They won't do light fixtures. They won't move furniture, they say they do cabinets, but they don't. They say they do floors, but they don't even wet mop them. After I complained, and sent pictures of what they left dirty (before I rated them) they asked if they could do a "reclean " . They came back and only "re-cleaned" two of the eight things I sent pictures of in adequate cleaning. The salesman was nice, and polite. He said he sent his best cleaner...They said they would be there with Two maids for four hours or until it was done, they were there an hour and a half the first time and even less time the second. I have less than 500 ft.² and I was very disappointed since I paid $250. Therefore I did not contract them for consistent ongoing cleaning. Nor did they follow up with me. Where do you get good help these days? I no longer can physically do it myself so I was willing to pay someone else. But not if they're not going to do the work.

Absolutely Outstanding Sparkle Moving Services is the Real Deal!…read moreI cannot say enough good things about Sparkle Moving Services! From the very first call, Roy and Annie (the managers) were incredibly flexible and understanding with my last minute scheduling changes. They truly went above and beyond to make everything work. The two movers they sent, Gerry and Sergio (I believe that was his name), were absolute professionals. They were polite, fast, efficient, and handled every single item with genuine care like it was their own. They made two full trips, carefully disassembled all my furniture, and then reassembled everything perfectly at the new place. I had originally booked them for 6 hours, but the move ended up taking 11 hours. Not once did they complain or rush; they stayed positive and professional the entire time. The price was hands down the best in El Paso, and the quality of service was top-tier. My belongings were treated with love and respect from start to finish. I would recommend Sparkle Movers to anyone and everyone looking for an stress-free, high quality move. Pro tip: Don't forget to feed your movers and give them a good tip! They're doing the heavy lifting and treating your stuff like it's their own show them some love! Thank you again, Roy, Annie, Gerry, and Sergio you made what could have been a nightmare into a smooth and easy experience. I'll be calling you for every move from now on! - Chris (El Paso)

I still had to pay over $400 out of my deposit to get the house cleaned again and I had to pay for carpet cleaning as well. The add ons makes no sense because why am I paying extra to do basic move out services like getting the walls cleaned which they didn't do and I didn't know there was a extra charge to simply blow out the garage..it was no dirt or anything just leaves...So now I'm losing over $400 on my deposit even after paying $600 to get the move out services done.
