These guys gave us an estimate, scheduled the service, completed the repair and kept us informed along the way. Yes, their was a delay in getting the correct piece in for the repair. However, they took the time to make sure it look perfect and they even connected part of the drivers side back together making my truck look almost new again (it is 20 years old). I recently took my 2014 SS Sedan in for some warranty work and I'd like to tell you a bit about the experience... First off... I worked with Peter in the service department for the Recall service my car needed, and the few other mechanical warranty concerns. He never batted an eye at my somewhat "perfectionist" requests. They stored my car inside at night as I requested, and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with how my baby was being treated. He even put me in a BRAND NEW (3 Miles!!) GMC Sierra Crew Cab 4 Wheel Drive as a loaner. Secondly... My car was left in the care of Justin at the body shop. Again... He kept me informed, and took excellent care of my baby the entire time it was there. The work performed was excellent quality, and again... They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. Finally... I had considered trading the car in after spending some time in their loaner truck... I worked with Daniel in sales. He was never pushy, worked an amazing deal, and always worked to make sure my questions or concerns were addressed. Even though we didn't end up closing a deal in the end... (I couldn't say goodbye to my car... That's the only reason!) I will absolutely be hitting Daniel up for any future purchases. You won't be disappointed with the entire WK family...
