Huge screen tv with couches and desks to work while you wash your clothes. And it's cute, never thought I would say that about a laundry mat! The only complaint I have about the place is that one of the attendants likes to smoke which is fine but it seems like she does it out the back door or something and the whole place stinks of cigarette smoke when she does this. When I'm washing my clothes I don't want them coming out of there stinking of smoke. My advice would be to smoke with the door closed or smoke elsewhere so it doesn't come into the building. Other than that though I would pick this place over pretty much every other in the Big Rapids area.
