I had to mail my credit card bill and it had to be there in 3 days, I told the lady that and asked…read moreher what I needed to do to get there on time. She said to send it 2 day priority mail and charged me about $6.00 for it. It didn't get to my credit card company until 7 days, yes 7 days later. I could have mailed it with a stamp, saved myself the $5.00 and it still would have gotten there around the same time. I got charged a late fee from my credit card company. I went back the post office and explained everything and was told sorry not our fault, we never said it was a guarantee and we wont refund your $5.00. I tried to resolve this by going higher up the chain and got the same answer, not our fault and it's our policy not to refund the money. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional, what ever happened to the customer is right, and doing what is needed to fix the situation. I guess they must feel they can do whatever they want because where else can we go to send or receive mail. I will not go back to this post office again, I will drive the 15 minutes to the next town. So much for our great postal service.

Absolutely terrible. Refuses to deliver packages to my apartment building because the employees…read morecan't be bothered to walk up stairs and put packages in front of the door. Instead they throw them up the stairs and then assault people when called out on it. Waited on hold for well over half an hour and never even got to speak to anyone. So when trying to find out if I have mail waiting for me at the post office, I have to jump through automated hoops and click through menus, only to be ignored by the employees. Excellent job guys, thank you for nothing.

The hours they have during the work week make it hard to get there when you need to. Also, only…read morebeing open for an hour on Saturday seems kind of pointless. The people are usually really nice though.
