My contractor gave my measurements so I went to order and pay. Unfortunately no sales person was available. They reassured me I would be contacted as soon as someone returns. Our overhead garage door that was installed in 2002 was showing its age and was not hurricane…read morerated. It was time to replace it with an impact rated door. I contacted four contractors for bids on replacing the door. Three of the four responded same day and visited our property the following day to inspect and provide a bid. I had previously done business with Doors & More for repair work on a different property and was very pleased (see YELP review dated 11/05/2020) with their performance and pricing. The inspection was informative as I was presented with options for the door replacement. He provided descriptive brochures which detailed the different options. I opted for a Hurricane Master brand door with insulation. The pricing from Doors and More was in line with the two other bids and I chose to do the project with Doors and More based upon my previous good experience with them. Doors and More is a stocking dealer for Hurricane Master and had the door in stock. I signed the contract, made the required down payment and they immediately applied for the permit. That was on 6/23/2023. The door was installed just a few days after the building permit was granted. That was 7/6/2023. The installers were pleasant and efficient. The old door was removed and the new door installed and tested in under two hours. They cleaned up after themselves and with the exception of a new door in place you never would have known that they were there. The office manager was efficient in scheduling the permit inspection after the installation. I wish all businesses performed in the honest, friendly and efficient manner that I have experienced with Doos and More of the Treasure Coast.

Dave came right out and helped my wife redesign our closets, turns out he did the original install for Regatta builders who built our home. In addition he inspected our garage door opener system which I was sure was on its last legs. Dave and Ryan just left, all our closets are done and our new door opener is also. Couldn't have asked for a more professional job, or nicer people. I give them 5 stars and two thumbs up.

Telling us you're not responsible for it that you are simply the middle man. The manufacturer is responsible for it. We soli interfaced with your manager representing your company. We have never spoken to the owner until the posting of this review. You are in fact 100 percent responsible for the completion of our job. It is the responsibility of the owner or it's representative to assure that you are capable of getting all matching pieces and wood grain within it's color lot to complete the job before accepting it and providing a timeframe when it would be completed. When we spoke on the phone last night9 3-9-23), your greatest concern was "you are destroying my company over a piece of molding. Your greatest concern wasn't that our job has taken well over a year to get accomplish when promised six weeks - your greatest concern was all about you, and you know it. Your main concern was your reputation. As a matter of fact, you said to me: "You are destroying my companies reputation over a piece of molding". My response back to you was: "It may be just a piece of molding to you until it becomes your piece of molding" (you then hung the phone up on me) This is almost a 7 foot piece of molding in between two 7 foot pieces that do not match. When the sun comes in off the ocean and hits that wood it looks awful! This is not what we agreed to and we will not accept it.. It should be criminal that you have put us in such a mental state to where we have to do something like this to get our flooring completed. Our one and only phone call, you literally begged me to remove my review, at which point I told you I would not until out job is complete and after my mental anguish has settled down. Perhaps in a year. To be exact this cost us $52,641.91 between you and the company you chose to install your product. Your wood product should be your masterpiece where it speaks volumes of your company. Sadly in our case it is not. I'd be utterly embarrassed trying to justify your actions at this point. If you choose to continue, I will continue with the entire series of actions that will bring in your installers. Please put your justifying energy into doing the right thing owner and get our job completed! That is all we ever wanted. We are gravely disappointed.

Dalton (owner) inspected and gave me an estimate for entire job. They showed up exactly as scheduled and did all the work including all necessary material. Job was completed 10-31-2025 and entire project looks and functions perfectly and within estimated cost. Dalton oversaw entire project each day to insure work was done correctly and with as little inconvenience as possible. The finished driveway is beautiful and details such as spacing and edging are better than the original.
