This is the best B&Q I've ever been to. Every time I go, I find something new…read more The older members of staff are treasures. They are so willing to help. They assist those of us who don't have a clue, recommending just the right rawlplug or screw size you need and always seem to be able to work out what you want when you don't have a clue what it's called. The last hour of the evenings are when you find staff at their best. They climb ladders for you and cut bits of wood to just the right size, even carrying stuff out to the car and helping you fit it all in. I choose to drive further to this store than any other DIY shop for their excellent customer service.
