Best. Dental. Place. Ever.
I had two abscessed teeth that were killing me for YEARS. I saw a dentist a few years ago to get them pulled and he told me there was no way they can pull them, he told me I would have to drive to Chicago to see an oral surgeon because of how bad they were. He refused to do anything (this was after I took amoxicillin for two weeks. My teeth were not infected when he saw them.) I couldn't afford to see the oral surgeon so I just sucked it up and dealt with it.
Then I saw another dentist about a year ago, they said it would be a few hundreds of dollars to pull my teeth and my insurance didn't cover much and I had to wait about a month if I wanted to do it. Then I saw another dentist about a month ago and he said that he would not touch my teeth and that I would have to go to surgeon (just like what the other dentist said).
I've called one dentist a while ago and it just sounded like I was bothering them so I just ended up hanging up on them before I set an appointment.
I just felt like no one wanted to touch my teeth even though they hurt so bad and I felt like my teeth were so bad that there was no way I would ever get them fixed.
ANYWAYS, MY POINT BEING, I'm 24 now and I have been battling with these two teeth and dentists since I was fifteen. I haven't ate popcorn in YEARS. It has been YEARS of torture with these teeth.
I finally set up an appointment to see Dr. Rashid, I was just prepared for them to exam my teeth and then tell me I would need to take amoxicillin and see an oral surgeon somewhere far away (like before). BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPEN, MY GIRL DR. RASHID, LOOKED INSIDE MY MOUTH, THEN SAID TO ME "Do you want them pulled today or just a cleaning" I ALMOST STARTED CRYING. (I was scared) BUT I WAS EXCITED. I said, "I would love to have my teeth pulled". She was all like "Ok we're going to get you set up" and then BAM THEY NUMBED MY MOUTH and I can't even begin to explain to RELIEF I felt when I felt those rotten teeth leave my mouth. No pain, just relief. It felt like breaking up with an abusive boyfriend lol. I haven't stopped telling my friends and family how awesome Dr. Rashid, Tina, Jenny and Colleen were that day. My told my mom and she is going to set up an appointment there soon. It literally changed my life lol I know that's dumb to say but those rotten teeth were ruining my life. Now I have a schedule set up to fix the rest of my teeth. I AM SO HAPPY AND GRATEFUL FOR DR. RASHID, TINA, JENNY AND COLLEEN. Everyone was INCREDIBLY NICE AND HELPFUL. I have never loved a dentist office more in my life. I'm honestly excited to go back.
Seriously, I am forever grateful for Farrell Dental and everyone that works there. I don't think I can express enough how happy I am. Everyday I am in a better mood because those teeth aren't bothering me anymore.
Thank you again Dr. Rashid, Tina, Jenny and Colleen, you guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
