She really went above and beyond. She was quick to get things done and get everything in order- the only thing that held us up was our lender- I've seen glaciers move faster than this lender (a certain large online lender that I'll never use again). We should have taken her advice and used a local lender. I'm glad we had her in our corner! She's very responsive and thorough, and makes sure you understand everything. I couldn't think of a worse company to do business with. You want to see an apartment available for rent? Be prepared to call a hundred times and get shuffled around for a week first. You have a question about your rental agreement? Be prepared to read a very confusing contract constantly contradicting itself. You want to see your security deposit returned? Fat chance, they're going to trump up a hundred reasons not to give you the money and then try and charge you more than two months rent to leave. I've rented for nearly a decade now and have never been anything short of a great tenant or had any issues with an apartment management company. This is a place of rental nightmare. If you want to rent from them you may as well prepare to donate a grand to their company and go to school to learn to repair issues with the apartment yourself.
