So this year, having just heard of butcher boys I purchased a 3 and 1/2 lb tip. Crock-Pot for 7 hours and oh my gosh it was perfect. Now that I know this place exists and I've had a good experience, I'm going to head back over and try a few more things, like for example I see on their website that they have duck breast. The staff and the customers are old friends. Everyone seems to know each other. Even though they are based on tradition, they are making new creations all of the time.
