We went back and forth via emails on coverage and deductibles etc. I asked her again if the underwriter had approved it.Then she asked me for HOA CC&CR which i sent. She came back after 2 days telling me that underwriter had declined the quote. Since then she has disappeared and has not returned any of my calls or responded to any of my emails. Bad customer service. I would stay away from her.

My parents and I have been using this local Modesto Allstate office for approximately 30 years…read more When I needed to rent a house and get rental insurance several years ago because of a divorce, I added on renters insurance through this same Allstate office. Everything went smoothly until I decided to discontinue my renters insurance policy. I cancelled the policy and did not realize I still owed $30 on the policy. In late january, Maydra from the office calls both my home and cell number, leaving a message on both numbers about a payment needed for a policy I thought I had cancelled. However, she left the message by naming both my ex and myself. My ex had never been on my renter's policy, nor had he ever lived at the rental address, or used the phone numbers that she left the messages on! When I finally spoke to Maydra, I let know that I was nearly 3 years into a divorce, and did not appreciate receiving messages addressed to my ex who was never even on the rental policy. My ex never even had insurance through this office- he uses Geico! This is what we discussed, not payment for the policy which I understood had been cancelled. Without further warning, by early April, I received a bill from a collections agency for the $30 on behalf of Allstate. After 30 years, thousands of dollars spent on auto insurance payments which were never late every single year.... and without any written or verbal notice that it would be sent to collections, and after only 3 months! If this is how they treat their long-term loyal customers, I would stay far far away from this office as a new one.

I found another Insurance company that I am happy with and Finally the office of Natalie Mercado canceled everything on March 8,2023. The worst part was that they had the nerve to ask me for my new insurance policy declaration page. I told them twice "NO" I understand that I had to send Farmers agent a written request to cancel but I had sent them one already. So they decided that they needed a letter for each policy. Anyway if you find a better insurance that covers more, just be prepared for Natalie and team to make it difficult for you to leave. Now the reason I left is an entire ordeal and too much to type.
