I had insurance through Allstate insurance Joesph Cleveland. For quite sometime at first they where…read morevery nice (obviously trying hard to get your business). Rates just seemed to gradually rise. I never had an accident or insurance claim. I asked for them to evaluate my policy to see if I could save some money and one of the lady's in the office said "she might be able to do it in about two or three weeks because she's getting ready to go on vacation." I said what about having Joe do it? Or maybe someone else? She said "no he's too busy." So granted I was mad so I called another Company. In about 20 minutes they where able to give me a quote based on the exact same coverage. The rate was 1/2 of what I was paying. I called to cancel my policy and that's when Mr. Cleveland' true colors came out. He proceeded to tell me how dumb this was and how much I will regret it. He also told me that I'd be back. (I'll never go back to this agent!) So as of today I have been off Allstate Joseph Cleveland insurance for two months. In that time I've saved just under $500, that's $250 per month. So make sure to call around and check rates and if your a current customer don't be afraid to research other companies because you might save a lot of money.
