The loan officers I have dealt with are a complete joke, very unprofessional, and seem a bit disrespectful I have dealt with three of them and there underwriters are in the twin city's somewhere! I treat people the way I would like to be treated with dignity and respect! These folks can't seem to do this even at the drive up window! Maybe the new name came with this new attitude or possibly even the employees do not like the way centricity is doing business. Seems to me they are on some sort of power trip and want long standing professional customers to bank elsewhere and that's what will be happening. I started to file May 5th, ran into problems, tried to make use of their customer service, which apparently is lacking communication skills. May 17 comes and still no success but many hours on the computer. I ended up going to H and R block in Cloquet. They were amazing, so helpful. They stayed open , and I was able to have taxes done and sent, and received before the deadline. Staff was wonderful and friendly. I will definitely go back there next year.
