I called 4 different services, and over the phone Gary quoted me the most reasonable cost, which was honored. Anyway, evidently they have 4 locations in Duluth, and I chose the W. Central location as the one that'd be most convenient for me. Sasha, the young man running that location, was a consummate professional, friendly and helpful, and I was very happy with the resulting federal refund (which I received in less than 2 weeks), as well as the security of knowing if there are any problems I can go back to them to get it fixed. I may buy a property later this year rather than continue to rent, and since evidently the owner, T.J., does financial advice, if I do need it I plan to utilize them again, as they have earned my trust based on the tax prep job they completed for me.

We used AAA Travel to book an all inclusive resort trip to Cancun. The travel agent, Lisa Gilbert, was awesome to work with. She listened to our budget and wish list items. She provided us with several options that met all of those. We decided to book a new property (Haven Riviera Cancun) and it was amazing. On our next to last day, Minnesota was predicted to be hit with a major storm that would affect our travels. We contacted Lisa to see if we should rebook in anticipation of potential delays. She agreed and immediately went to work for us. She managed to rebook our flights (extending our vacation another day...yay!!), extend our stay at the resort (in the same room) and rescheduled our transfers. She made what could have been a very stressful last day of vacation into a worry-free relaxation day! I cannot say enough about her professionalism, communication and making a girl's trip as relaxing as possible! There is a reason why you hire a travel agent to plan your vacation! Marion Gustofson assisted me with paper filing my 2022 tax return. At that time, I clearly instructed her not to begin work on my 2023, 2024, or 2025 tax returns. Despite these explicit instructions, she proceeded in a way that left her attached to my account. As a result, I am now unable to paper file my 2023 and 2024 taxes on my own because she has not removed herself from my account. When I raised the issue, Marion stated that she would contact her manager to have herself removed so I could proceed with filing independently. However, this has not been resolved. Instead, the manager, Meagan Csomos, responded to my messages asking what the problem was but did not take action to fix the issue. I attempted to contact her by phone as well, but was told she was busy preparing other tax returns. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. My instructions were disregarded, and the lack of timely resolution has prevented me from filing my taxes as intended. The situation gives the impression that the priority may be the fees associated with preparing tax returns rather than providing professional and responsive customer service. Based on my experience, the handling of this situation raises concerns about professionalism and ethical business practices. Customers should be able to trust that their instructions will be respected and that issues affecting their ability to file their taxes will be addressed promptly. I hope this matter is resolved soon, and that the business takes steps to ensure better communication, accountability, and respect for client requests in the future.

Wells Fargo Hermantown MN. by far the worst customer service ever ! first it started with trying to…read morecall and speak with a banker 9 calls over two days and no one answered just an automated generic voice pushing to get the mobile app to make an appointment. next I drove to the Wells Fargo in Hermantown MN on the Haines RD and was met by the roaming greater I asked to see a banker, and she said I needed to make an appointment she then asked what I needed I said a bank draft check from our savings account, and she said a teller could help me so I went to the teller gave her my id and told her what I needed after several minutes she said I didn't have a savings account with them just an Auto loan so she said I needed to speak with a banker so i sat down and waited several minutes and now the roaming greeter comes back and tells me that I do not have an account with them and should go home 19 miles away and get one of my statements to prove that I have an account. now I am getting a little annoyed. on my way home I stopped by Wells Fargo bank in Kenwood Duluth expecting the same as Hermantown. went to the teller line gave her my ID and told her the same thing that I wanted a bank draft check with money from my savings account. she told me there would be a ten-dollar charge for the bank draft I said that would be fine and two minutes later she handed me the check. what the hell! so all three of my accounts are going to be closed and moved to Northshore Bank.
