At one time we had 10+ policies with State Farm until a botched roof claim caused us to cancel all but 3 policies. Against my better judgment, we left our business policy with Mark's office. Some malls provide special discounts on AAA. I've been a Classic AAA member for many years until I moved to Texas. I switched to AAA Plus only becuase of the additional towing miles. I added my husband and we were able to get service on both of our cars. When our battery suddenly died, it took a while to get connected to AAA, but after we got the work order, it took 20-30 minutes for the worker to meet us! It was faster than we expected. Anyways, back to my recent visit to the office, I came to the office to get a paper notarized and it was FREE! It's a great service they provide. Their customer service is welcoming and informative. I was fortunate that there weren't too many people in the office so I was able to get my forms done immediately. I highly recommend AAA!
