My kids and I love Farmer Boys! Best fresh food, friendly service and our orders are always right. Never had a bad experience at any of the local locations we've visited. Also, love the VIF app that gives you discounts on their delicious items. Their regular prices are a bit on the higher side. But truthfully, the food quality and service is worth it. Thank you Farmer Boys for making one of the best fast food places in the Inland Empire~ read more

Great spot for a lunch stop. Visiting with a close friend enjoyed some awesome gigantic onion rings and chili burrito. Perfect! I did notice the size has scaled down on their burritos since the last time I stopped in. Still it was substantial and flavor quality was excellent. Inside seating available attentive service. What I appreciated was the staff coming around to check on guests during their visit. Readily available to assist, making their guests have an enjoyable experience when dining in. read more

Unfortunately, my experience at this Farmer Boys today was extremely disappointing. The young lady working the drive-thru window was rude from the very beginning and spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful tone. Her responses made me feel as though she was talking down to me, despite the fact that I remained polite throughout the entire interaction. The food itself was good, so my one-star rating is specifically because of the customer service. I ordered a kids meal and a separate adult meal, but everything was thrown together into one bag, with the fries scattered around, making it unnecessarily difficult to separate the two orders. I strongly recommend management review the drive-thru camera footage from today's interaction. It will show that I was never disrespectful or rude to the employee. I hope management addresses this and provides additional customer-service training, because no customer should be made to feel belittled or disrespected simply for placing an order. read more

My experience at Farmer Boys on Sunday, 03/22/26 was completely unacceptable. Our group spent well over $300, yet we were denied access to the restroom as paying customers. What was even more concerning was that one of the restrooms was clearly unoccupied, with a green indicator showing it was vacant. When we questioned this, staff immediately became defensive and continued to refuse access without providing any reasonable explanation. There was also no signage indicating the restroom was out of service. As a result, members of our party became increasingly concerned and ultimately very frustrated, as a basic and reasonable need of all human beings was being denied despite us actively dining in. When we voiced these concerns, the situation was escalated unnecessarily by staff. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, employees chose to contact law enforcement. This response was completely disproportionate to the situation. There was no disturbance, no threat, and no unlawful behavior, only paying customers seeking access to an available restroom. When officers arrived, the circumstances were explained, further highlighting how unnecessarily this situation had been escalated by this public establishment. The female employees working between approximately 7:50 PM and 9:00 PM that evening were unprofessional and appeared to arbitrarily decide who was "allowed" to use the restroom. This type of selective and inconsistent treatment reflects extremely poor judgment and a clear lack of basic customer service standards. Denying restroom access to paying customers, especially a large party of approximately 15, including children is unacceptable. The defensiveness, inconsistency, and escalation only made the situation worse. This reflects poorly on management and raises serious concerns about how customers are treated at this location. I expect this matter to be addressed. No customer spending that amount of money should be treated in this manner. read more

Food was good but issue was with the hispanic girl with an attitude taking orders. You may not like the job but your actions affect the business. I will not come back to this location. I suggest training the young staff with proper customer service. read more

So one of the reasons I'm giveing two stars is because of the customer service if you buy a iced coffee versus a hot coffee, you can't get refills even though the cup says free refill same visit only when I talk to the cashier, she explained to me that they use the soda cups for the coffee cups so you can't get refills on Coffee just soda I told her she should change her cups so be careful when ordering iced coffee you can't get a refill. And as a coffee lover, I really could've used another cup of coffee so I had to buy a cup of coffee so I can get refills on it ! read more

I have issues with this Farmer Boys on four different occasions where they get my order wrong and they still charge the same price twice in a row and then we just take it long breaks. They leave the store open when no one handling the orders or anything and then the third they just don't be answering the phone and fourth I had ordered at the moment my dad, my DoorDash or pulled up they were closed so now I'm out of $25 read more

Worst service ever. I've been in drive thru over 20 minutes. They take forever to take orders. If I can give a negative review I would.

I ordered an order of zucchini and a chicken quesadilla and the quesadilla had more white sauce then cheese it had splatters of melted cheese inside and the quesadilla was cut into 3 pieces and each slice literally only had 3 chicken chunks in each slice and it was 70% tortilla I don't get how a skimpy flat quesadilla with fries and no drink could cost almost 17$ either portion your food right or lower your prices orrrrrr fire your skimpy cooks or the employer who tells the cooks to skimp the food how you ration food when someone is paying for it 3 chicken pieces per slice is infuriating I will not be returning to this location and the sad part is that it's next to a travel gas station. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ALSO ALMOST 20$ for a puny sourdough chicken sandwhich never again a canes caniac is the same price. read more

SERVICIO NEFASTO. NO COMPRE AQUÍ BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA. read more

4:00 am 10/5/2025 This place sucks. They sucked at 2 am said their rebooting their system and cant place an order for 20 minutes. 2 hours later and 4 calls, none of these clowns answered the phone to place an order. Management here, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER. Your night crew really sucks. The first time I called and they couldnt place an order, the womanthay answered was rude and laughing the whole time. It was rather odd in all honesty. I've been here during the day and never had these issues. Needless to say, our office will not be back. read more

Service is bad my mom went up to ask for more coffee and all the team members could see she was waiting to get help and nobody offered her any help and there were some workers just sitting down and talking to a customer or friend, some workers would even walk past by her. It's worth going just for the milkshakes. The food is great, but they also sell old school delicious milk shakes, the kind that everyone should try at least once in their life. Be patient and respectful to the staff. They cook everything fast, and often appear shortstaffed. read more

Extremely disappointed In this farmer boys. I decided to go there after a work out for some good food. Unfortunately, they didn't let us know what Upcharges there were, and they didn't take off items off the receipt after we asked them to remove stuff. I'm giving a two star rating because I never heard back from the manager when my son and I got food poisoning. The only thing we had eaten that was the same all day was the fried zucchini and ranch. We went through the drive-through and ordered two orders of fried zucchini with ranch. The ranch was put in the same bag as the molten hot fried zucchini. By the time we got home the ranch was pretty much room temperature. Having my first science degree in microbiology would think I would've thought to not eat it but we were starving and so looking forward from to it. We're saving money so we're not eating out often and this was just a little splurge because it sounded good. I was very disappointed that I did not hear back from the manager, as she should have at least offered me another order with non-food poisoning/nice cold ranch dressing. Or she should've offered my money back. This is very poor customer service. So beware if you order fried zucchini, get your ranch in a separate bag. read more

Where do I begin? First this was one of the few restaurants in the area open after 10PM on a Friday night on 2-25-22. Otherwise, we would have not ended up here. Secondly, only the drive thru was open. If I had known that it would take 30 minutes to get to the window, we would have gone someplace else. What compounded our awful experience is I kept telling the person when ordering I could not hear them. When we got our food, the fries were cold, and the chicken sandwich was missing key items that they forgot to put on it. So, I walked up to the window and the manager on duty said they will remake the meal and it will take five minutes to redo it, but I "had to get back in line in the drive thru to get it since they don't take walk ups". Like an idiot, I got back in line but somehow five cars pulled in ahead of me after I gave them my food. Again, I had to wait more then 20 minutes just to get to the window. It was then I realized they were short staffed. And nearly 55 minutes just to get my meal from the drive thru. This was my first and last time eating here. Avoid this location after 10pm unless you wish to wait up to 30 minutes to get your meal in the drive thru. I only checked the google reviews that appeared to give this place a 4.3. I should have checked the yelp reviews before making the drive here on the way to my family's house. The reviews here are around 2.5 stars. I never thought in my life it would take this long for a sandwich and fries. The meal itself was mediocre and nothing special. Its almost 3am in the morning and I knew I needed to write this out while the experience was still fresh in my mind. read more

DON'T STOP HERE LATE TRUCKERS..!! Sucks as a trucker, you get off the exit because you see a sign that says "our grill is on fire 24/7". There is truck parking and also a truck stop across the street so you would think they would possibly cater to truck drivers and have some type of system for if one drops by late!! Nope, doors locked, didn't answer the phone. Wasted my lunch break trying to stop in a 24 hr grill..! Love their delicious food, some a bit pricey but i guess i wont be coming here again/: read more

Came here on a Wednesday during lunch. The meal I ordered came with a side. They offered several different side options like fries, onion rings and another option I forgot. The restaurant was clean, busy and the service was good. We also had staff come to our table at least 2-3 times within the hour to check if everything was good and if we needed anything else. I hadn't been here in years and will certainly be returning and recommending this restaurant and location. They offer various burgers, salads and veggie burgers too. Best fast food in California when it comes to chains. And the best quality and value near my Jarupa Valley terminal. The guacamole burger was fantastic and the staff is always courteous and prompt. Dined in. Cold fries. I told the server that they were cold and asked for fresh fries. She then said they were fresh and kinda brushed it off. So I just ate them like that. Burger was decent. Never ever again will I ever go to this location. Today the credit card machine was down which is understandable and I was willing to be accommodating. I called and asked how long I would be in the drive-through for so that I could get out and go get some thing else while on my lunch break. I was told that the cars ahead of me had very small orders and it would be very quick. Fast forward 25 minutes I looked on the website and realized that I could mobile order. I took a vantage of that option unfortunately I ordered at the wrong location. When I pulled up to the window they were unwilling to accommodate my order since it was not at their location and they do not offer mobile ordering and would not fill my order unless I paid them in cash which unfortunately I did not have on me. So when I complained about waiting 25 minutes even though I was told it would be quick the manager on duty did not care, did not even try to fill my order it was only a grilled cheese and a drink. I am beside myself that this is how they treat their customers. Support a different location definitely not this one read more

Ordered two fries and they gave me 1 set of fries in the bag. Of course it's buried in a big bag of food so we don't see it in time. I drove back and the lady told me go through the drive-thru again instead of helping me at the door (they lock the doors at night). So I go through the drive-thru again. Then she tells me at the speaker to go back out to the window at the front door (WHAT?!) after I'm already stuck in the drive-thru because a car is behind me so I can't go backwards out. And 2 cars are ahead of me in the drive thru with a long wait! Meanwhile my food is getting cold! Why can't they just give me what I paid for??? Good thing I was adamant about getting my receipt because they love to never give you a receipt anymore. Zero stars. Negative stars! read more

They are not open 24/7 since when? Wet floor cone, in drive thru to stop customers from coming thru. So I park and walk up to door. Employees are inside smiling, laughing and sitting down at a table in dining room when they see you walk up to door at 3am in morning to order and it is locked. And then turn away and ignore you. It says 24/7 on all online platforms. I've been coming here for months around 3am. And these occurrences have been happening all too often. Either the employees are being lazy, and want to get paid to do nothing, or they change hours on random days and this is just a prep Crew. I used to work at farmer boys and this is not how it used to be. I've seen 6 cars now plus myself drive to drive thru and can't enter because of wet floor cone and then they drive off. Bad experience . I got in line and ordered my food at 920am. I didn't get my food till 1020 am, an entire hour later . Me and my 3 friends. Two of us ordered together and the other 2 ordered together so 2 orders (4 meals) took an hour. The people in line behind us got their food before us. At about the 40 min mark I said something and the cashier just said "oh yea" and 20 min after that when nothing had been served yet i walked into the kitchen myself and was finally given my food. The cashier didn't even seem to care or feel bad, she offered no apologies , neither did any of the staff. What's odd is that the food came out cold so it's as if they just had it back there.
