This is an international pharmacy that is open 24 hours. I am not quite sure what there is to…read morecomplain about -- but I can find nothing. As Americans, we (general "we") typically take this type of convenience for granted as there are drugs being dispensed 'round the clock on almost every corner (the legal kind, of course!), but I assure you that when ill in Rome, this could very much come as a savior. My husband arrived to our Roman holiday with a touch of food poisoning, and thus we made our way over here so that we could hopefully curb the effects so he could enjoy sightseeing. The pharmacist was efficient and friendly and we were on our way within moments. Protip: Just ask for what you need and don't be shy. These guys have heard it all and it won't help to sugarcoat it. They'll help you find what you need, don't be bashful and end up with some random medication that won't help you because you were too proud to say what was wrong and/or admit you can't read Italian pharmaceuticals! 5-stars, this place will save you in a Rome pinch.

During my stay in Rome, I had the very unfortunate experience of fracturing my foot ( first day of arrival) and needed to get medical assistance nearby considering I could not walk. Friend stopped in search of an ankle brace and cane for me... although the staff in the pharmacy did not speak English, I think they were clearly able to understand what my friend went in for. Luckily they had what I needed to treat my fractured foot short term. Grazie!

Interestingly, I had noticed it when we were out for a walk previously. The store is clean and welcoming. The front of the store is devoted to personal care and cosmetics, but the rear is where the medications are kept. We chatted about symptoms for a bit and narrowed the complaint. The best product was chosen. By the next morning we were feeling optimistic that we were on the road to recovery. The medication was holistic and had no side effects. It just worked. Great service, great solution!

They sell you everything under the sun after they "test you". I came in with common sinus infection, left with 7 boxes of medicine as they all do one thing, and "this medicine matches a this, and this a fixes a that" bozo Italian stuff. Then when you realize you got scammed, there's a no payment return policy (even if unopened), only store credit return. Absolutely a scam business. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Dr. Farshad is a scam artist. Should not have any license and not be titled as "Dr". Should be revoked and investigated by Italian Ministry. Value is overpriced. Selection is minimal and over priced once they sucker you in.

Bad Experience and Unacceptable Treatment My experience with…read morethis pharmacy has been nothing short of disastrous and deeply disappointing. After insistent calls to find a solution to a defect in my Dr. Scholl shoes, I was treated very badly. I was even told that "customers like me are better off losing them than finding them," an unacceptable and deeply offensive statement. Only after I threatened to go to a lawyer was I offered a "solution." I was offered a pair of replacement shoes, claiming that they were identical but conformable and free of the defect that made me risk falling. Instead, they withdrew my defective sandal only to give me back the exact same pair, presumably hoping that I was "stupid" enough not to notice. This behaviour was a real mockery and shows a total lack of respect. My request by email for a voucher for the reimbursement of shoemaker's expenses, in line with the legal guarantee of compliance of the Consumer Code, was completely ignored. Given the offensive treatment and the ineffective and dishonest management of the problem, I HIGHLY advise anyone to buy non-medicinal products (such as footwear or other items) at this pharmacy. Customer support is non-existent and there is no respect for the consumer.
