I called the store and they told me they would hold the tickets until the next day since I was just passing through and live 45 min away. I drove all the way to Guelph Zehr's the next day around 1pm and I was told they canceled my tickets last night! I wasn't sure if I was more upset I had no chance of winning the $75 mil or wasting my time driving there after spending $15 on tickets. I was told sorry there's nothing we can do, you will have to call OLG. I believe they should be held accountable in some way! I have to be in my job. The parking lot is way to small, they need to add more spots and not enough sheads for carts that are being placed after loading ones car. The development around the back and down the street is not very interesting, just an apartment building and houses going farther down ST george street. I would not recommend coming here unless you are stopping by on the way home to pick up groceries or are going to get a bevrige from the Caffay when doing a Tim's drive through is too much of a timecrunch. Over all, I think this place would be much better if it attracted more shopps in the same plaza.

This was the only online healthfood store with free shipping after a minimum that I knew of at the time. Every single food item that should be cooled in some way was NEVER EVER sent with cooling packs, allowing the perishable products to be unsafe to consume by the time they got to Nova Scotia through Canada Post. They also send you stuff that's already expired or extremely close to the expiry date, and say it's OK because when your order was placed it was not expired yet. One time they refunded me on a couple of items that they sent to me spoiled and said they don't normally do this and I should consider it a one time thing... basically blaming me because they can't ship things correctly. Very unprofessional. Even before the COVID era, they did a lot of paid webinars on really quacky health topics. Info you can find in abundance in the internet for free and they were charging for it. I'd recommending avoiding this company, though I cannot speak for their in-person locations.
