Makela and Stephanie were the girls I spoke with I asked to speak to someone else and I was informed no one else was available to give me MY MEDICAL FILE INFORMATION. Makela put me on hold only to be disconnected. If Dr. Ruth Harvey has these girls working at this facility I cant even imagine the care service they are giving. When someone /anyone visits an office the front desk and office help speaks millions about the service one is going to receive.

What good is insurance if I can't use it? This practice must be awesome because they clearly don't…read moreneed or want any new patients. They couldn't possibly make it any more difficult to get an appointment. During flu season of all times, I called . . . and called and called and called and their phone tree is two minutes long. Obviously they don't want to actually talk to you, rather they prefer that you leave a detailed message. A very detailed message with name, phone, insurance provider, symptoms, etc. I might as well have gotten a prescription based solely on my voice mail message. And dear God they aren't calling you back either. Another option is to make an appointment online, which clearly didn't work because I requested one several times and never once received a confirmation e-mail or phone call. I was at the point online where I was selecting "any time frame on any day in the forseable future" and still got nothing. The 'submit' button probably just clears the form entry and links to a bogus "Thank you" page. The biggest kick in the balls was when I finally, after 10 tries and pounding on the zero button over and over, got a real human being. She took my info and scheduled an appointment in a reasonable time frame, and *then* realized I was a new patient. I was then told I couldn't come in for about another week and she recommened I go to a CareNow. STFU. I pay premiums so I don't have to go to CareNow, moron. That's why I have physicians in your practice listed as my PCP! I guess processing paperwork from *insured* pateints - but the dirty new kind! - is too much work and would be easier for them if I submitted my paperwork over a non-functioning website or through voice mail.

Dr. Brown can't adjust. Period, there is nothing worse. He ended up hurting me very badly & I…read morewasn't able to get out of bed for 10 days. Absolute torture. Unbelievable! When I had to cancel my next appt. because I was in horrible pain, the receptionist acted like it happens every day. Not one word of concern for hurting me, nothing helpful offered to fix the mess they put my back into. It's just all about getting every dime you can from my insurance. Months passed & no one ever called to check on me, to see how I was after reporting I was in horrible pain, unable to get out of bed post adjustment. I had made this guy my PCP! Don't do that, your life isn't safe in the hands of a nurse. He is not qualified to handle any type of medical problem. Instead of listening to me, I'm an expert on my own body, he told me I looked fine & dismissed my need for a Referal to an actual medical doctor. Since he didn't know how to refill my Rx, I had to immediately find a real Dr. that knew something about the medicine that kept me alive. Literally it's a life and death Rx & I needed it refilled. Without it, I've looked death in the face. Going here just once delayed my eventual diagnosis. I had 3 life threatening conditions, but I looked fine to him so his practically nonexistent medical knowledge could've killed me. I needed a pacemaker!!! I also had a systemic infection killing me, But I looked fine!! The student he was training was an absolute nightmare from the word hello. I wouldn't want that monster to touch me as a healthcare provider. I had to let him take my BP, hoping that would be the end of my contact with him. But nope, Dufis, who never introduced himself, came back in without my consent. Nurse Brown never asked if I was OK with this guy eavesdropping on my medical history. He added nothing to the meeting, just made me hate every second I was forced to have him in the exam room. For that reason Dr. Brown, you lost me. The student was abrasive, condescending, & arrogantly demanding in his tone and words. He had the personality of a doorknob. I wanted nothing more than for him to get out of the room. He stood there blocking the door the entire time. If I had to do it over I would've asked him to leave the room, his presence was nothing but an overdose of depression that filled the room like a stench. If your so depressed you can't smile and act nice, STAY HOME. Clearly he won't ever get his own practice off the ground because he isn't a people person & his entire personality is nothing anyone would put up with. Trying to figure out how I could be polite & not offend a new Dr patient relationship with Dr Brown took up most of my already exhausted mental acuity. It wasn't worth it. I recommend you avoid this place. I see no way it could be helpful to anyone needing chiropractic or medical care. It's a total strike out I left there with another unhappy lady that said she was in more pain than when she arrived. I called about a medical test I needed and the front desk never bothered to return my call. Of course they said they would do it, & they didn't. They just don't care. I'm guessing that many people go here once and never return. Dr. Brown went to Parker College which is why and he can't fix anything. Parker is known for graduating people that can not adjust. They crack bones but the ensuing suffering is not producing any helpful results. This is the poster child for every bad chiropractor. And a final note about the massage therapist. Have the courtesy to introduce the massage therapist to the patient before they are naked & face down on the table. To be vulnerable and have yet another total stranger, who never asked if I wanted her to touch me, just come on in and start lightly massaging me is nothing but inappropriate and alarming. She didn't introduce herself or ask for permission to treat me. She just forced herself on me. Realize I'm half naked, I can't stand up and do anything. What she did to me is called assault in the real world. I had unknown & who knows how many men & women waking in and out while I'm undressed & that was not cool. After a visit here, I could need therapy for the PTS they caused. I'd like to know what happened to all the other "don't go there" reviews. There used to other not so great reviews, now I see they all disappeared. Hum I wonder how that happened.
