I trusted this business with preserving one of the most sentimental parts of my wedding day, my…read morewedding bouquet, and the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process after she received my money. After paying in full ($610 total including shipping), I repeatedly had to follow up for updates because weeks would go by without hearing anything. I was told multiple times that a mock-up or shipment would happen "next week," only for more delays and excuses to follow. At one point I had to send multiple emails and even Instagram DMs just to get a response. The timeline became completely unreasonable. I approved the mock-up on April 17 and was told it would ship the following week once the glue cured. Then another delay. Then another. By May 4, I was again told they were "still waiting for glue to cure." By May 15, after expressing frustration yet again, I was finally told it would ship on Monday. This entire process was exhausting and stressful for something that was supposed to preserve such a meaningful memory. Meanwhile... my wedding was October 25th, 2025 and I sent them not even a week after the wedding. The final product itself is pretty, but no preserved bouquet is worth the stress, lack of communication, and overall experience I had dealing with this company. I would not recommend them to brides looking for a reliable preservation service for such important memories.

Then to the second floor they have bedrooms, one room explaning the custom of marriages - births & and another one for the customs of deaths. which was very interesting! they also have a child bedroom full of antique toys, which was a little bit creepy haha. then you go back downstairs (there are more floors but they are not open to the public) to the little shop. and then outside to another building where they had a little exposition about the rural life, and then to a (kinda) barn where they have some agricultural machinery and rural life things and on the second floor there is a lot of old things from the town it self. so basically, from the outside it's juste a huge house, but from the inside it's a treasure! go! you need to see this!

If you're looking for something specific she can find you tons of options quickly. She runs multiple businesses so it's best to text her the day before to see when she will be around. After I'd ordered it, I got a notice the day she shipped it that she couldn't find that specific lunch box, but she had one from the same series that she shipped me. I wanted the specific lunch box I'd ordered not one in the same series. If she didn't have the specific lunch box I ordered, I wish she would have just refunded the money--there were other sellers on the website that offered the exact lunch box and I simply would have ordered it from another vendor. Instead, she sent me a lengthy postcard regarding how her business was suffering because of Covid and her husband had passed away and she was losing her business. While I'm not unsympathetic, that doesn't make for a good excuse as far as sending me something I didn't order or want. I imagine her thought was it was better to send me something rather than take my money and send me nothing. I guess I've learned a valuable lesson--contact the vendor prior to forking over my hard earned cash to make sure they actually know where the item is and will send me that specific item. I can't recommend that you buy from this woman on line.
