So let me get this straight: I'm sick, you tell me to check in, then refuse to let me wait in my car because "patients need to wait inside"? Why? So we can all sit shoulder-to-shoulder, coughing on each other, while you run an hour behind schedule? If every patient is on time and you're just piling us up in a waiting room, you're not running a clinic--you're running a hostage situation. If you're this behind, don't text patients to come in and then not allow us to leave if we want to hold our appointment time??

The visit lasted a total of 30 minutes with less than 10 minutes of time spent with the actual provider. They prescribed me some cream and steroid pills. A couple weeks later I received my bill which was over $400! This was with the practice being covered by insurance and my insurance company covering a portion of the charge. Not only that, but the provider listed was an MD who practices in Atlanta. The codes they used for the visit were also not appropriate for the visit duration and type. I tried to contact them and get the codes changed for the visit, but they kept making excuses for how they could use the codes that they did. I decided it ultimately wasn't worth the hassle, but I will certainly NOT be back!

The entire staff here are very welcoming, sweet and kind. They all care about you and any needs that you may have. . I have been his patient for 25 years and I will not go to any other gynecologist.

After transferring my records and getting set up in Winder , ongoing business and appointments are easy to maintain and check on my chart, which is my preferred method of working with doctors in the northeast Georgia area. Detected high cholesterol and my last visit recently then exerted myself working in the yard just two weeks ago and had a mild heart attack, but all the doctors involved including Dr Levine have been on point, got me back in action, hardly missed a beat after having emergency surgery at Braselton are now doing rehab at the hospital as well to ensure I recovered properly. I travel a good bit and maintaining my prescriptions is quite easy here as a team knows of my conditions and ensures that I'm always kept up on my meds, healthy, outgoing. I'm pretty active so we're on a slight relaxation and they helped me realign my dietary and nutritional goals so I can live another 25 years worry free. Highly recommend.!!!

My wife and I both went in for our annual physicals and we both got bills for what was supposed to be a free preventative services. Mine was $50 and my wife's was over $350! After a dozen calls to their billing department (who is never available and when you finally reach someone they claim to not be authorized to make a decision) they disclosed the reason for the $350 is because the PA asked my wife a question (which she answered) and they considered that not to be "preventative care" and so without any disclosure charged her over $350 for a separate office visit which our insurance refused to cover. Talk about entrapment! If you use them, be very careful to not answer any questions the Doctor ask you as they will use this as an opportunity to hit you with a sneaky bill. It is nice they respond to the reviews in this forum, but please note this is not helpful as the phone number they give is the same one that you can't get ahold of anyone in billing and the email they give, no one responds to except to say they are unauthorized to help.
