I'm not really one to write reviews, but this company is exceptional. Their customer service is stellar. They do an excellent job, fair pricing, and are quick to get your service done. As anyone knows that lives in Louisiana, living without an air condition is a miserable experience . We have had several issues in the last few months but Burkhardt has been there within 24 hours They actually come when they say they are going to and are no nonsense about getting the job done. . Highly recommend this company and always a pleasure to deal with.

When asked about these items the owner ghosted me and never responded to a couple attempts. A home sale inspection found an issue with the installation requiring attention. That band aid cost me 800.00. Fast forward 1 year and I called Gowland's dreading the cost. They sent out Art within a few days. I told him what the other company did so he took apart my outdoor unit, went upstairs in the attic and assessed the problem. He even called the manufacturer to check if my upstairs unit was still under warranty. Unfortunately, it was out of warranty for 8 months. (If I had called Gowland's the 1st time I would have saved a small fortune) Basically I needed a new upstairs unit and Art told me that the unit I had was a nice one but it was a little overkill for the size of my house so he recommended a smaller version. The salesman called me up(I believe he's also the owner) and gave me a price that was much lower than I expected. See this is the type of service that keeps companies in business. Pigs get fed and hogs get slaughtered. Gowland's was fair, not greedy. The next week, Art had the new unit installed and I had A/C for the 1st time in 8 months. Just in time for the summer. I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, expertise and fairness.

Due to the nature of our job, we are unable to hire WAM for it, but we cannot express how very impressed we were with them from start to finish! (Impressed enough to take the time to do a review.) Ashley was unusually sympathetic and kind to our situation from the first phone call. And Andrew was the epitome of grace and understanding when I told him we had to hire another company, and even told me that we could call them anytime with any questions we might have. It's been quite some time since we've seen such understanding and caring service! We will, without a doubt, be hiring them in the future. They are professional, reliable, honest, considerate and extremely helpful. We would say, "Stop looking, and just call them!"

Wire is expensive but the labor should have been free in my opinion due to them not knowing it was code and required. That said, I still paid the 175 dollars (for coming out), even though he could not fix the problem and referred me to someone else, and I fixed the problem myself. If he had just LISTENED to me, and COMMUNICATED, he would have caught the problem right away. (as I did, when I took a second look.) He was genuinely interested in what the problem turned out to be, and wanted to know how I fixed it, but I stopped texting back and forth because of the communications breakdown. If a friend or neighbor asked what I thought of this plumber, ... I would merely say to make sure he IS LISTENING TO YOU, and then make sure he actually UNDERSTOOD what you were actually saying.
