I contacted Farah & Farah to discuss my workers comp case. The called me to let me know they would be sending a retainer document that I would need to sign. I told them I would get to it as quickly as I could. They called me the next day again and I told them the same thing. I was busy with other pressing issues and was not able to sign it yet. I go to bed that night and at 10:15 PM they called me again. I told them to never contact me again. Who calls clients at 10:15 at night. I took a serious a Wawa gas station on January 8 contacted Farah and Farah regarding the incident. I contacted them because of their commercials regarding properties and if you were to slip and fall, the business should accept responsibility. A woman phone took all my information, even in a case number that I was given from Wawa. After I reported it. I have numerous pictures of the injurys and appointments for numerous x-rays. She called back after she said the attorneys reviewed the case and they declined to take it. What was their determination without investigating. Did they think it would not be worth it to them financially I guess they were not that concerned about. . I definitely do not recommend this law firm! They were "working" on my mother's case for over two years without result. The lack of communication and dismissive attitude towards my mother after all this time is completely unprofessional. They took over two years to tell her they're dropping the case. How convenient that they waited so close to the Statute of Limitations! I recommend a different law firm, one that shows care,concern and interest in their cases. The most unprofessional staff and attorneys (if there is any since you never get to talk to your lawyer ) They had my case for 8 months,they gave letter of the protection to the doctors then they called and told me my treatment is over $100k and I have to only go to other with my insurance I did follow up with my appointments with my insurance and that delayed my treatment and got me worse since I had to wait and still under care due to damaged nerve when I am on top of my appointment and still getting treatment done ,,"Missy"(a very unprofessional lady)called and told me they can't help me woth my case because I didn't follow my appointments!!!!!!!!! referred to farah and farah by two friends. what a mistake. beware!!!! first off i never spoke to the attorney who was assigned to my case until 4 weeks ago when i insisted on speaking with him (mathew mckie). thania castaneda was the case manager who pretty much who i spoke with when i needed information about my case. she really wasn't too experienced if you ask me which made me doubt this law firm. i pretty much did all the leg work for them, getting my medical records from the hospital and doctors who handled my injury. i was never send for a follow up doctor for the law office, i still have a leg that is swollen. i told thania this and she had no explanation for me. this law firm did nothing to fight for my case. i've spoken to other attorneys and there was alot thania and matthew should of done but didn't. i feel like because this wasn't a slam dunk easy case they just didn't want to move forward. and all they said was i can take my case to another law firm if i want to. I called a second time - the intake person had me down as "msn" not "gmail". I called a third time that day - still no email, the gentleman advised me the intake individual misspelled the word "gmail". Needless to say I want nothing to do with any firm that take three phone calls just to type an email address and then misspells the word "gmail'.
