I tried calling, leaving a voicemail, and even trying to contact them through facebook. Come to find out that they deleted their account! I had to find someone else the day before the event to get tables, and they finally text me the day before that they were going to deliver the tables and chairs. I called and told them that I had found someone else and asked if I could get the deposit back because i tried everything to contact them days in advance. All they told me was that the deposit wasn't refundable and they I could save that deposit for another day! Like how is it my fault, I tried everything to contact them. Very frustrating and unprofessional service. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

I rented from them and there blower broke. The men who set up the balloon just walked into my back…read moreyard and started setting up. They didn't ring the doorbell to check if it was the correct place. I called the number 915-892-0299 several times no answer the phone was off. They finally called back and said they could bring me another blower in 2 hrs by that time my party was over. They told me I would receive a refund. His refund turned into a credit of 15$ out of 60$ for a 3 hr ballon that had stopped working. He turned very rude and had horrible customer service. This balloon rental was for the kids during this pandemic and 3 hr jump was not worth the money or service that was provided. I will never use their services again and I would not recommend them.
