King informed in Oct 2022. Technician advises me he's 'seen this a lot'. New covers are ordered. 5. It is now May 2023, no sign of any new covers, and the customer 'service' continues to fob me off, even claiming the Australian Consumer Law does not apply to this company. I have offered to pay to upgrade to a higher quality of leather, but have been told this is not possible! 6. Resubmitted my claim to VCAT as I have zero faith this company cares at all about its customers or quality of product.
