I went to get extensions to use for my wedding, which is in about 3 weeks. The first time I went, the selection of clip in extensions was nearly gone. I asked if they would be getting more and was told yes-- So I came back, and again, the selection of what I was looking for was depleted. I asked a staff member for help, and in the middle of my question, she walked away, and went to the register to check out someone else. There was already another team member at the front helping others, but I didn't say anything. I patiently waited. She finally returned, and told me that they aren't getting any more of what I wanted and that they are discontinuing the product until October. I asked if I could go ANYWHERE to find it and was told no, all Sally's are sold out. My exact question was, "So you're positive that if I leave and call any other store, they will not have this product?" They insisted, no. So I settled for a different product that was still quite expensive. After leaving, I started calling other stores, and indeed, another store DID have exactly what I was looking for. Then they would not refund or exchange the product I had just purchased and not opened. This was literally 5 minutes later. I stood in the parking lot to make calls. The customer service is awful, and once again, I will never go back. I am so glad an Ulta's just opened in the area (who will refund or exchange ANYTHING within 60 days of purchase). Word of mouth will go a long way with me.

Although I followed my haircare instructions, it did not last long for me and after I realized it hadn't been that long ago, I contacted Jay after 3 months, 4 days (it lasted maybe 1.5 mos for me) - his cell phone voicemail full, store voicemail full. Same thing next day. He then insisted he told me 4-6 months, which is not true. Long story short, he was rude and unprofessional to me - and would not call or see me - this all occurred through text messaging.

I've been coloring my hair and ash high lift blonde for almost a year now. I've been to two hairdressers in Washington who struggled with accomplishing this, even after multiple chances. Angie not only accomplished this the very first time but she completed the foiled and haircut in just under two hours. The other women took at least three hours to complete the same tasks. Angie is also very talented in the way she cuts my hair. She gives a good balanced and even haircut and I actually feel like I had a haircut. This is very different from many who are new to the industry and have newer techniques that aren't necessarily better. The last thing I want to mention is the price was extremely fair and this allowed me to give her a nice tip. She deserved every penny and if I'd been able, I'd given her more. She's a great person and very hard working. I feel so lucky for having met her! Thanks again Angie! I'll post a photo as soon as I get the chance.
