I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.

The dogs have a separate play area based on size and are watched by 2 - 3 employees. The employees are also very comfortable and caring with the other pets. We felt very comfortable when speaking with the owner Davis and employees. The facility is very clean and well maintained with ample space to run around and be a dog. We initially thought of just a grooming but then decided to have the grooming and play day / doggie daycare or as we called it... her doggie spa day! She had a great trimming of her nails and bath. Zero stars!!!!! All the negative Yelp reviews are true!!! I…read moredecided to give them a chance out of convenience and long story short; we left them to care for our dog for 2 days. We provided 2 days worth of dry food and canned food, 2 rawhide to comfort him in the crate, one for each night and 2 Greenie treats, again one for each night. When we picked him up on Wednesday most of the dry food was still in the bag, neither can was opened and both rawhide and greenie treats were untouched. Dog was starving!!!! I went back to speak to the owner his first response was sometimes dogs don't eat when boarded. I said I understand that but his food wasn't even opened. How do you explain that.? My dog didn't refuse to eat because of separation anxiety, which he doesn't suffers from, or by choice, he simply wasn't fed the food we left him. His next response was it's no big deal, he was only here for 2 days, nothing is going to happen to him if he doesn't eat for 2 days. Yeah that was his response verbatim WTF??? What if I'd left him there a week? We had some other words which proved to me he doesn't know how to treat customers and much less the pets he's supposed to provide care for. He is incompetent, arrogant and unapologetic, I wouldn't trust your pets with this establishment. If he would have told me that what happened was unacceptable and he would speak with his staff about it not happening again. I would have left it alone. But this guy really doesn't give a crap.
