In fact, the doctors are excellent, caring, and highly professional. That is exactly why it is so disappointing that the overall experience with this medical office is being negatively affected by the front desk. I also want to specifically recognize First DiaMed Pharmacy. Their staff have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout this situation. They have repeatedly tried to help me and have contacted the medical office themselves in an effort to resolve the issue. The pharmacy is absolutely not responsible for this situation. My issue has now been going on for approximately three months and involves obtaining my prescribed medication. The main problem has been the front desk. It is extremely difficult to reach the office by phone, and when I am finally able to speak with someone, the communication is often very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Even more frustrating, I receive a different explanation almost every time I contact the front desk. I have repeatedly been told that everything has already been sent and that I simply need to wait, while the pharmacy continues to inform me that they are still waiting for the necessary response or action from the medical office. Both the pharmacy and I have made repeated attempts to resolve this, yet after nearly three months, the issue remains unresolved. Again, this review is not a complaint about the doctors or the pharmacy. My complaint is specifically about the front desk, the way patients are treated, the difficulty reaching the office, the inconsistent information being provided, and the failure to properly resolve an ongoing medication-related issue. I am posting this review as my final attempt to bring this situation to the attention of office management and have it resolved without further escalation. If the medication issue remains unresolved, unfortunately my next step will be to document the complete history of my attempts to obtain assistance and submit a formal complaint to the appropriate regulatory and oversight authorities. I sincerely hope management takes a serious look at how the front desk is being operated. Excellent doctors should not receive negative reviews because of unprofessional administrative service at the front desk.

First I had a medical assistant call and asked a series of questions about me, and the the end she said the doctors assistant would call in a few minutes. I received a call from Jesse and he also asked a series of questions about me, also asked reason for seeing the doctor. When I talked to Dr Clark it went very smoothly and efficiently. What helps to get the most of a appointment is to be prepared with a list of medications, illnesses,surgeries and concerns you might have. The facility was clean and staff was nice.
