I went in person and sat down, it was again an emotional experience and she was again very forceful and fast. I spent my time again and with the specific flowers of the ones I wanted changed. she wrote it down and was totally confused with everything she was doing with dates times, etc. was so stressful to get through. I picked up the flowers and nothing had changed. They were not the order I changed toThey were not as I changed to, was the order from September. Totally wrong And waste of my heart and time. Then she called and stated the difference was $20.38 she wanted the refund. E the difference fr the order. She could not process the card for the refund. When we picked up the order that was wrong no she charged another $20.38 . doubled charged and she can't seem to find it and needs more time and blames it all on accounting . This was the worst experience not t say it costs an exorbitant amount of money. Bad rip off and emotional dissatisfaction. Beware. Bad business.

Opened since the 1970's and French inspired. Cute and stylish place to go. Either sit down service or take out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was quick. The latte and croissant was to die for. So many pastries to choose from that it's difficult to pick. I love the neon sign on the wall that says "Meet me by the grinds." There even was a champagne vending machine to buy small bottles. Wine bar located in the back. Attached is a beautiful floral store to buy flowers and other items. What a cozy and unique place to go. The entrance to the coffee bar where you place your order is way too small for the amount of traffic flow they have coming in and out. I felt like I was in the way no matter where I went. The employee taking our order was not the nicest and definitely was overwhelmed. This isn't a regular coffee shop where you can place your order to go and still drink your coffee or hang around. We were told If we were not eating or drinking at the coffee bar you will not be able to sit down. Ordered two iced lattes and two empanadas. Coffee was okay but the empanadas were really good!
