Terrible job of explaining puppy services, admitted to potentially harming my dog for moving too much but went ahead trying to trim and cut near her eyes and face anyways when they shouldve left her fur untrimmed like she mentioned before i left her with them. she couldve gotten hurt and that was their own words as to why she wasnt trimmed better. her face trim was very crooked and made her look very silly and they shouldve left her alone instead of potentially injuring her face for trying. the shampoo wasnt rinsed out properly when i rerinsed her at home from constant itching ,which she didnt do before hand, it was very soapy still and clearly left soap on that ended up irritating her fur/skin. Once i rerinsed and dried her she stopped scratching and seemed more comfortable. this was our first experience and we set it up online where it was misleading about the services we would receive and the professionalism expected compared to in person experiences. we wont go back and dont recommend going here with any young puppies especially plus their response was immature and absolutely unprofessional. whoever i spoke with had absolutely no customer service charm and just made me genuinely afraid to take her back for fear of her getting harmed by them attempting to keep cutting near her eyes and face knowing full well she was moving too much and told me they wouldnt cut her fur AT ALL if she moved too much . read more

This is my first time going and they did a wonderful job. Our little girl was shaking and scared and Lavelle took her and said it would be easier on her if I left first. I came back and Lady was groomed to perfection. I love that I am not leaving her there for 3 to 4 hours. She was scheduled for 9:30 and supposed to be done at 11, so I left around 15 minutes early and when I got there, she was ready. Loved it only took 1-1/2 hours. charged me for services not given my husband took my key fob with him this AM. could not get my dog over there due to not having a way to start my car tried to reschedule appt but told "sucks to be you cuz I just charged your card after just telling her no! so now I have a fraud dispute out. kinda desperate needing 2 10s and a five that bad. business is tanking. shop was very dirty, smelled like dog poop on entering and overpriced shoddy work. find a quality groomer cuz this company is very sub par. oh and horrible groom. no nail trim no trimming done under tail and the shop was so filthy!!! SUB-PAR AND SHE DELETES ALL NEGATIVE COMMENTS. but the fact I dont have to work gives me time to save and repost NO GOOD! read more

We just got home from our groomimg appt. and I swear we brought home a different dog. We were very specific! Don't cut more than an inch off of her body, don't trim her beard or ears, only trim the uneven pieces on top of her head because we were growing out. Barely trim her paws because we like her long hair. She did not do one single thing we asked. She is 1/2' all over and totally uneven at that. We are so sad that all that hard work of combing to keep knots away is all down the toilet. I guess we should have stuck with Petsmart. read more

We began using Fancy Paws when they were at their PFE location, but they've moved and since they've moved they Ed almost doubled their price and our groomer does nothing but complain about our dog!! His cut looks ragged and we are not happy!!! We will be trying to find a new groomer!! read more

Took our Husky in and was told it would take two hours. We gave them our phone number and was told they would text us when finished. At around the two hour mark we made our way to the business and parked, waiting for the text. After hour three, a guy poked his head out of the door and asked if we got his text. Long story shorter, he had our phone number all wrong and he had texted someone else. I'm not surprised now that I've realized our younger population can't make change (along with a long list of other things), finishing up with, can't write a phone number down correctly. I'm just glad someone's life didn't depend on that phone call. read more

They do an ok job but they switched groomers on me and raised the price and didn't do much more really for the extra cost. I showed up and they cancel an appointment on me! It was due to Covid? I show up exactly 14 minutes late and she is well into grooming another dog and they cancel me and tell me to reschedule which is at least 3 weeks + out. Apparently it doesn't go both ways. Thanks for pushing me to learn how to do it myself. Its called YouTube and Amazon for grooming supplies. I reccomended you do the same and save the hassle of managing appointments with these people and save money and get a better end product. Its not rocket science. read more

Love Fancy Paws! I adopted a little cat and she needed a bath and i wasn't sure how she would do. Mindy and her staff took great care of her, and i got her in very quickly. This lady is awful at business. She refused to clip my dogs hair but yet wants to charge as if she did. She makes your dogs appointments without your permission and then tries to charge you for not showing up when you did not schedule an appointment. My dog was shaking after the appointment to the point where I am highly uncomfortable In coming back. read more

These these people left me hanging at the very last minute my baby boy who is 16 years old the day before they canceled his appointment which we have had for months he's in dire need of a grooming and anal glands expressed and they just don't care do not take your pet here. I grew up with big dogs that were never professionally groomed. We just got a labradoodle puppy without really understanding how to properly care for the curly coat. At about 9 months it was a little out of control so we brought him here and couldn't more pleased about how it turned out! Shopped around a bit and found the prices to be fair. Wish I took more pictures after so I could share here. Guess I'll have to post some after the next time he goes in. read more

I bring my kitty here about 2-3 times a year. She's super sweet, she's calm, and she was declawed before she was mine. The lady that used to wash her was great! Now they have someone else doing cats and I do not recommend taking your cats here anymore. I have always tipped generously, and this time I regretted it. I paid $45 just for the wash. She smelled good, and they even gave her a cute little bow. They're also super friendly... But I noticed my cat's back is greasy.... As if she wasn't washed well at all. I could've done a better job myself. I won't be taking her back unfortunately, since I can do a better job at home for much cheaper. Update: About a week ago I got a call from Mindy, the lady who washed my cat. I'm updating my review because 1, she bothered to read their reviews, and it shows that they care. 2.
