She actually listens to what you want, gives you honest input on what will work for your hair, and then nails it every single time. Her color work is gorgeous and her cuts grow out so well. She's also licensed in two states and has trained other stylists as a cosmetology instructor, so you know you're in skilled hands. But what keeps me coming back is Nan herself. She's bubbly, down to earth, and one of the kindest people you'll meet. I sent pictures to her, we talked back and forth for at least a month before I even went in. She told me verbatim, she could do it. The manager actually responded to another review I wrote saying I should have told them I have color issues! I was joking as I was so uncomfortable with the way my hair looked! They charged $270 for me to walk out with horrible looking hair. I still tipped my hairdresser, Kelli, as I felt bad for the amount of time she spent on it, even though it looks terrible.
