OMG where do I start? Ordering from them is a total nightmare. Between the time you order products and the delayed time of shipment-various items become out of stock. They will double and triple charge your credit card and claim free shipping but charge for that as well. It is a sham operation behaving unprofessional behind a keyboard and AI to abound any accountability. Charged our credit card 177.40 And on the same day 269.00 Dec 1st for receiving only 3 items at 77.99, 84.99 and 29.24 total of 193.00 plus taxes doesn't even amount to the two visible charges on our statement recently.

While 'Free Returns' is plastered all over the website, this does not apply to clearance items. I did not realize this until I had already received my order. I ordered a clearance sweatshirt in size medium after checking the size chart and material. I am 5'8, 165 lbs and have medium sweatshirts from Champion, Hanes, Adidas,etc. all with identical size charts and material and they fit fine. This sweatshirt from Fanatics is so small I could barely get it on and it fits more like a spandex compression shirt, and this is before wash and dry. I don't even think a size large would be enough of an upsize. Their items do not have user reviews so it's hard to determine if something runs small or big. I think you are just rolling the dice unless you have purchased that same item before. Very disappointing as the quality is decent and shipping was fast. read more

Be cautious when ordering from this site. If the item is on clearance it cannot be returned OR exchanged. I had hoped to EXCHANGE a $99 item for the correct size but was denied. It may just be me, but I'm not sure how any company can expect people to continue to buy items until they get the right size?? Dexter, from Fanatics, assured me via instant message last night on their site this would be resolved. But the email and phone call today refused the exchange or return of the useless item. read more

Purchased a $169 Drake Maye jersey for a Christmas present. Its very cheap looking with all vinyl iron numbers, stripes, etc...definitely not worth that price point. Because it is considered a custom jersey with Drake Mayes name, its non refundable and cannot be exchanged. I couldn't even speak to a live agent. If they had other Drake Maye jerseys available for sale for Christmas, I would not had to order a custom made jersey. Very disappointing and not customer service friendly. Very unsatisfactory and subpar customer service. I would even say non existent customer service. Not what I would expect from a US based company. Ordered personalized socks for a Christmas gift on December 9th from the Baltimore Ravens Store. On the 10th they created the shipping label but the package didn't ship until the 20th or 21st (tracking said it arrived at the same Orlando, Fl facility two days in a row). I had chatted with their CS agents prior to the item actually shipping because it sat in their facility for over 10 days, even though their customer service agents kept trying to tell me that it was shipped and on the way. I finally got an agent to admit that it wasn't shipped and that once I got it I could return them postage paid and get a refund. I finally got the socks on December 24th and when I tried to get the label to return them I was told it had to go through a supervisor who later denied the return. I was told I could return the socks but they would be discarded or donated and I wouldn't recieve a refund. This company lies and has absolutely zero customer service. It's not the first issue that I've had with a pro sports team store since Fanatics took over. I've had wrong sized clothes sent, clothes where the sizing is way off, usually on the smaller side. I definitely won't be doing business with this trash company again. Be aware of how they conduct business if you decide to buy from them. read more

I will never order from FANATICS again. The hoodies are beautiful and nice quality but after I placed my order I was barraged with 10 to 12 emails a day from FANATICS. I bought 3 hoodies and am now trying to return just one of them for size. Nothing wrong with it. But dealing with customer service to try to do a return is extremely slow and they make you do all the work for them through chat. There's no phone number and their website shows no history of my order even when I entered the order number. Nice merchanise but definitely not worth the hassle! And they charge you $10 to return something even though this is not stated anywhere. read more

The had a 60% off under the name ELF. I made on purchase and was able to enter ELF. Soon thereafter I wanted to by something else. The transaction closed before I could go to the screen to enter ELF this time. I have tried to contact them. Not a human to be found. AI customer service is abysmal. Customer service is non existent. Their products are poorly made and fall apart. Seams come undone after one use. Quality of the material is sub par at best .... If you want cheap crap continue to buy from this place. You're better off purchasing from reputable sources and get quality products. shirts are so thin they are practically see through... never again. absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. Customer service is non-existant. pulled a bait and switch on an order placed for Christmas 2025. when placing the order delivery was 7 days and arriving before Christmas. after order was placed new delivery date was 1/6/2026. Order was placed on 12/13. I was told by computer/automated customer service once order was processing it cannot be cancelled. on 12/18 order is still processing. Use at your own risk. I ordered 3 quarter zips for my husband's birthday on Dec. 10th. I paid for 2 day expedited shipping. I expected the order to arrive at the latest on the 13th. It took days for it to process. I chatted with a live agent and they told me the 2 day shipping is AFTER they process the order. The date of arrival was supposed to be the 17th. Now, it's saying it will not be delivered until the 19th. They refuse to refund the expedited shipping cost as it has already shipped. Do NOT pay for expedited shipping as this company apparently does NOT know what expedited means. I will definitely NOT be ordering from Fanatics again. read more

Zero stars if I could give that. Worst company I have ever ordered from. Do not buy from fanatics. I ordered sweatshirts, no personalized anything on December 11th. It is now Jan 5th and I am still waiting on my item. Prior to my order, it show 3 to 7 days shipping. After the purchase an email said a month to deliver. I called and asked if it was shipping internationally because I am in the Eastern US. They said no. I asked to cancel as it was needed for Christmas. The first rep said okay its canceled and you will get a refund. It never came. I called again to be told it cant be canceled and I will just have to wait and return it if I don't want it. Also pay for return shipping. Don't let them draw you in. This company is terrible. I will never order anything from them again. read more

Terrible shipping experience. Our item never came but watched the item supposedly be delivered with us not being home around 5 times. We have Ring. It was never once attempted. We also don't quite understand why we would need to be home to receive a clothing item in the first place. Everything else we order is delivered no problem. Very frustrating. My disabled sister wanted a grateful ducks hoodie for her birthday. I woke up early to get the drop and after showing her what I got her for her birthday, because it was a preorder, a completely different item arrived in the mail. Fanatics can not give me the item I ordered because their employees steal the orders that are now selling for $400-500, resell themselves for profit, and leave customers with items that are wrong size/wrong product? How can you do that to someone with disabilities that can't understand that? Very sad/fraudulent company read more

I placed an order the 3rd week of October 2025. It was supposed to be delivered today November 21st and I was informed it was delayed so I contacted their Customer Service to find out why. That is when I was made aware by live agent Mikay that "The reason for the extended timeline is that your item is a special event product, which requires additional processing time. For these items, the warehouse first collects a certain number of orders before beginning production. Once the merchandise is prepared, all orders are shipped on the same date". Additionally, they will not offer a refund or cancel my order. The lack of communication when the initial order was placed here feels like fraud and I would warn all others to stay away from Fanatics! read more

I ordered a polo style shirt for $17.99. I never received it. For some reason I don't know why it got returned to the shipper. Then they gave me a refund for $7.33. What kind of thieves are these people? I never even saw this item and they couldn't even give me a full refund? I also ordered a T-shirt and it came with a hole in the front. What a disaster. I ordered a woman's shirt that I needed badly for an event on a Sunday. The scheduled delivery date when I ordered it was the Thursday before the event. I thought this would be good since I would have two extra days in case their was a delivery delay. According to their tracking information, the shirt was not even shipped by the Thursday and it did not arrive until the Tuesday after my Sunday event. It gets worse. I ordered a size small shirt. They shipped a size large shirt. They did have the right color, but apparently that is all the quality control they can manage. Do not be duped by this incompetent band of lovers. These people are idiots. For real. You have to know what you are doing to be this stupid. I order a shirt. They send me one that has been pressed into their shipping bag, causing it to be ripped at the bottom. They tell me to send it back for replacement. A week later, they email me and cancel my order saying the shirt is out of stock. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Then 3 supervisors tell me they actually do have one available. 3 different times they cancel my order again automatically. After 3 months, they receive another shipment, don't follow through on anything they've promised me, and their support refuses to honor their coupon for all this and lies and tells me she can't let me speak to a supervisor. After being rude enough that the customer service let's me speak to a supervisor, because the only way to get them to do anything is to literally yell, while they tell you to stop, but actually do what you asked finally. Ridiculously stupid. And after all that, they send me a shirt with the exact same rip in it. Either you ruined all your shirts the same way or you intentionally did all of this and sent me back the same one you had ruined. Fuck you. Your company is the worst and you deserve to go under completely. There are independent people who sell merchandise. Fanatics is too stupid to do it well despite having billions of dollars and all the licenses that nobody else has. Incredible how incompetent this company is. read more

THEY ARE NOT THE COMPANY THEY WERE!!!!! I purchased the Olympic opening ceremony Ralph Lauren coat that I returned upon receiving and finding that the quality was just awful. Ralph Lauren is known for high quality merchandise, and this coat was not worth the $2000 I paid for it. I returned it with a UPS label and upon receipt back to their warehouse (on Jan 24!) I STILL have not received my refund. I have called multiple times and was told three days ago (Feb 3) that my refund would post within 24-48hrs. I just called again (Feb 6) because it still hasn't posted and am told it is a "high value item" and has to go thru inspection, etc, etc, and that they would file a ticket on my behalf to request the refund. WHAT?!!!!!!!!!!!! That money is now accruing interest on a credit card!!!! I have shopped on the Fanatics site for years and spent a healthy amount of money here. I have never had issues making returns or receiving things on time. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN -THEY ARE NOT THE COMPANY THEY WERE! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!! Ok they texted and called the next day and asked for a gate code so why they couldn't do the same for yesterday. Now I don't when I am going to get my package. They sell garbage. The clothing I bought is such poor quality. I called them asked to return and they agreed and stated they would give me a full refund after receiving item. i then receive 50% of my money back after an hour on the phone . That was my first and last order ever. The savings are not worth the risk. They sell the worst quality clothing! read more

I have been ordering from Fanatics for several years. Over the past 6 to 8 months now have been receiving horrible customer service, shipping delays, defective items, and wrong items being sent to me. When trying to resolve these issues I have been receiving nothing but the runaround with this company. I return items as requested to receive my refund and it took me over 3 months of back and forth emails to finally receive my refund. When requesting items to be reshipped to me when sent wrong items or items that were damaged this also took upwards of several months to receive items to be reshipped after back and forth emails to the company. When you are spending hundreds of dollars on a single item this should not be the type of service you are getting from a company. Absolutely horrible!!! Definitely other companies out there that sell the exact same items and will treat you way better. read more

Here's what you should know about Fanatics. First allow me to qualify this review by saying I have made numerous purchases from Fanatics and this review is based on my total experience. Shipping is slow and not accurately communicated to the purchaser. It will show shipped days before the shipping company takes possession of the package. Approximately 25% of my orders have had issues including wrong item shipped, ordered mens shirt received womens bracelet for a totally different team,item out of stock, item displayed on site is not the item being sold, item is delayed and then delayed and then delayed. Initial contact with Customer Services is generally horrible at best. I have had to file complaints with the BBB to get results. Be persistent and push to the next level this will usually get a better response. I am currently waiting for a order to ship. I was told March 5 and then March 14 item has yet to ship. Look not just on this site but others and you will see horrible reviews. More alarming Fanatics doesn't seem to be making efforts to correct the problem. read more

I just purchased a custom jersey from Fanatics website for $170 for my girlfriends birthday and it looks so cheap I am embarrassed to say I paid that much money for it. The custom jerseys no longer have tackle twill letters and numbers, it comes screen printed and it looks so cheap. I should have known when it arrived two days after I ordered it. Fanatics used to be my go to for sports apparel.. not anymore. Do better Fanatics. read more

ordered a shirt and never got it. the first time it said it was delivered, I had to call and get them to resend it. they resent it and said it was delivered. neither package ever came. I got a refund but was unable to wear the shirt to the game I went to and overall never got it. get a new delivery partner. read more

1. Misleading Discount: At the time of purchase, the website advertised a 25% discount on the items I ordered. This discount was not applied to my order at checkout, despite being prominently displayed. 2. Delivery Timeline: The website stated the items would be delivered in 3-4 days. Only after placing my order did I receive confirmation that delivery would take up to two weeks. This is a clear case of misleading advertising. 3. Inability to Cancel: Within a few hours of placing the order, I contacted Fanatics to cancel due to the above issues. I was told cancellation was not possible, even though the items had not shipped. I was instructed to wait for delivery and then go through the return process at my own expense. 4. Unfair Return Policy: I find it unacceptable that I am being forced to pay return shipping for an order that was both misrepresented and not delivered under the terms that were advertised. read more

I got a $50 gift card for someone thinking he could gamble with it.. the person working behind the counter at CVS explicitly told me that this card could be used for gambling on their website.. does not say anywhere on the gift card itself that you can't gamble with it.. why would anybody use a gambling website to buy sports merchandise? I was told throughout the process that I would receive a discount for typing in a code that they gave me in the beginning of the order. There was never anywhere to type the code so sixty more dollars for fanatics.com. Tried to write an e-mail and of course it was a no-reply e-mail. Buyer beware!
