I ordered a signed ball for a Christmas gift. The signature was smeared and it cost over $800. The replacement won't be here till after Christmas. The only customer service they have is a chat bot. I had to chat for 15 minutes to be told their department can't help and it will be 48-72 hours for me to receive a call. I'll never order from them again. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Their return policy is horrible. Tracking status said delivered November 7th. I called on November 21st to inquire about why my refund was not processed after item received. I had to call and get AI to service me before a human got on the call, and was worse than the AI because no progress made during the phone call. Later on down the line I get an email and the refunded amount is less than the purchase price before taxes. I talked to the online chat robot and the breakdown is that they charged me $9.99 for a shipping label fee and $5.93 tax. I don't understand what they mean when stating that the refund was processed after the return had expired. When I got the email with the return label it had a December date to get the item returned by. And the email never mentioned charging me for the return label when they emailed the return label to me. So they're charging me tax for a return label and this is all digital until I printed it out. This is crazy and skamish! They made it seem like things would be seamless but this is a complete rip off if you need to return. My nephew didn't like the replica Jersey so I was going to purchase the official jersey but not from fanatics. Not anymore! Their return policy has stopped me from making any purchases in the future. read more

Over sixty reviews and a one star average. Congratulations to Fanatics for sucking at an epic level. At present most of their Super Bowl merch of any value is sold out. As the official uniform provider of the NFL it appears that the Patriots/Seahawks match-up was such a low probability that the League's uniform and apparel licensee failed to manufacture enough for either team. I should actually bestow five stars for preventing me from blowing 150 bucks on a sweatshirt. Another mediocre company rears it's ugly head. As is their custom the NFL routinely dumps Championship gear from the teams that didn't make it in various third world countries. Don't be surprised if you see 2026 Super Bowl Champion gear for the Chiefs and Eagles floating around Nigeria. read more

Buyers beware! They sell jerseys with names GLUED on them then refuse to refund you when the letters start falling off. Huge quality issue and they promised to refund initially then they never did. This was a CUSTOM jersey too- so it was pricey! read more

Fanatics has never heard of customer service. I won an auction through its Marketplace app. The company had a processing issue on its end and prevented me from paying. Instead of solving the issue on their end, they suspended my account as I was unable to pay in their restricted timeframe. No actual person responds via customer service chat or phone. Their email responses take weeks. This company does not care about it customers. Take your business somewhere else. read more

On April 21st, Fanatics placed verification locks on my account, locking me out of their entire network of affiliated websites. What followed was a complete disaster. In trying to resolve the account issue, my shipping address was corrupted in their system. They shipped my order to the wrong address, canceled it without ever notifying me, and left me to figure out what happened on my own. Because I still needed the item, I was forced to order it from New Era at nearly double the price -- an expense I had to absorb entirely because of their mistake. After multiple calls fighting through a customer service team where English is clearly not the first language, making an already frustrating situation nearly impossible to navigate, I was finally told today that my original Fanatics order would be refunded. No compensation for the price difference I was forced to pay at New Era. No accountability. Just a 30% discount on a future order -- as if I would ever shop with Fanatics again. This company has no respect for their customers' time or money. Shop elsewhere. read more

Got a sweatshirt for a Christmas present that is too large, can't return, can't switch sizes. Now I have an unwearable sweatshirt annd my sister is out $70. Anything returnable that doesn't fit you have to pay to return ($10-14). They will not switch out sizes if it doesn't fit, you have to pay to return and then purchase again. Sale items are not returnable, so you better hope it fits. The sizes are all over the place, some for normal, while most are either WAY to big or WAY to small. Customer service is garbage as expected with a company with these kind of rules. Good way to ruin your Christmas, will NEVER use this company again and will happily spread the word! read more

I ordered a infant sport hoodie on December 10, 2025 as a Christmas Gift. The delivery date was communicated as December 23 when I ordered the item. It did not come on that date and I received a new email stating the delivery date was January 7, 2026. I called on January 8, 2026 and they told me I need to wait 3 days to see if the item arrives. On January 9, 2026 I received an email stating "your package is on its way". At this point I almost forgot all about it but I called again on January 23, 2026. The person did not want to listen to me and hung up on me. I called again to see what was going on and she told me the package was lost in shipping. I asked when were you going to tell me this...she hung up on me. Never will I order from Fanatic again! read more

Can I do less than one star? Terrible quality control. Sent me the wrong jacket twice (wrong team). The right jacket (I ordered two) was not sized as described. After the first incorrect order, I asked for a replacement. They sent it. I agreed to a pickup of the incorrect item but they want me to print a label and take the item to a store. I advised I was not willing to that inconvenience due to their error but would gladly hand off to their courier at my door. "Replacement" jacket arrived a week later - it was the wrong team again. Customer service was again no help. No pick up. No refund. No service. Just canned, cut and paste responses. I should have checked Yelp before ordering. LAST TIME WITH FANATICS! read more

Wished I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered from them & got bombarded daily with a minimum of 10 spam emails from them & their affiliates. Tried many different times to block/ unsubscribe & was unsuccessful. Finally, had to get on chat & had it stopped. Wanted to return an item that my husband already had & they have a LAME return policy. YOU have to pay for postage & wait for them to get the item back before being credited. That one inquiry about the return prompted their system to spam my email, AGAIN. As others mentioned, they give absolutely NO updates on the status of delivery. Luckily, the shirts came right before xmas. Based on ALL of these horrible reviews, seems a class action lawsuit suit should be considered. They are unethical. I ordered a sweater from them.. about a month maybe even longer before easter. I kept receiving emails about how it was delayed. i reached out to them a week prior to the holiday. They ensured me it would come. The next day they emailed me that my order was canceled and i would have to wait for my refund. Very bad customer service. And didn't offer anything to make up for it. I will never buy anything from them again. And the sweater i ordered i will never be able to get again. it was a very special thing that was very important. read more

Ordered a custom jersey. Somehow the order ended up being 3 jerseys instead of 1. I caught the error within 24 hours and attempted to contact Fanatics.com to cancel the other 2 jerseys before they were made and shipped. They said because the order was already placed (though not yet made), I'd have to wait until the jerseys arrive and then return and refund. So I waited. Took forever to get the jerseys... arrived after Christmas. Finally they arrived and I attempted again to return and refund, but was told because they were custom, they could not be returned and refunded. Such BS. They should have fixed it within 24 hours in the first place, but they refused. Now I'm stuck with 2 extra jerseys that I didn't want. read more

I recently received an email from Fanatics offering a discount and a code to use. I ordered a military Artic Camo hoodie for the discount price of $44.99. After verification of my card info, the site flashed as if refreshing and when the order was completed I was charged the full price of $59.99. Be very careful ordering from this company. I called customer service and after several attempts talked with someone who said they were looking at it. That was several days ago. From my experience you should not expect to get a discount just because you received an email. I personally don't plan to do that again. read more

OMG where do I start? Ordering from them is a total nightmare. Between the time you order products and the delayed time of shipment-various items become out of stock. They will double and triple charge your credit card and claim free shipping but charge for that as well. It is a sham operation behaving unprofessional behind a keyboard and AI to abound any accountability. Charged our credit card 177.40 And on the same day 269.00 Dec 1st for receiving only 3 items at 77.99, 84.99 and 29.24 total of 193.00 plus taxes doesn't even amount to the two visible charges on our statement recently. read more

Disappearing Discounts. I placed 2 orders, 3 items each, in both cases the cart showed the discount. After completing the transaction, the discounts disappeared and I paid full price. I did not notice this at check out but it was confirmed on the email. This cost me over $100.00. In reading reviews this happens all time. I believe it is a strategy of the company as most customers probably just trust it is done correctly. I researched this company on the BBB, Disappearing Discounts is a common issue. I called customer service and they said I must have done something wrong and even though the discount is still offered, they would do nothing. read more

I ordered an college football jersey on Dec 5. The web site showed it would be shipped within 4 to 5 days. Today, Dec 6, one day later I checked the fanatics.com web site and the arrival date showed as Dec 26. I messaged using the chat function on the fanatics.com web site and asked to have my money back or have the item delivered before Christmas. I was told the window to cancel/refund my payment had passed and delivery before Christmas could not be guaranteed, AFTER ONE DAY!!!! I didn't believe that since the item had not shipped yet. I placed an order on Feb 16 was supposed to get the complete order by Feb 18 I paid expedited shipping and all and still missing 2 items of the 3 item order I placed that should have been here . I've ordered things in the past and the quality is really really poor. I just ordered their women's pullover and the bottom seam of the hoodie is completely undone upon delivery. Funny since it wouldn't really take that much to complete it. I ordered a large and it barely fits me. And I'm a size 8. read more

Horrible experience, hats arrived late and jersey never came in time for the big game. I ordered right after championship game was over, paid for the most expensive shipping option to ensure it was here in time. Hat came day before and 4 days late from est time. Hat with stars was not as pictured on website. When I talked with customer service I was told to have faith that it would get here in time, it never did. I was refunded the amount of shipping $26, but did not spend that money to just have it given back to me... I gave them the opportunity to make this right before posting any reviews, but All fans should know, that this company will let you down on game day! I have purchased from Fanatics several times. I have found that some of their items are thin and cheap yet expensive. You have to pay to return them unfortunately. I bought my grandson Niner Xmas pjs that cost over $50 and they are paper thin. He will put a hole in them in days if not a couple of weeks. So then I got an email 30% off so made another order. I verified that I got the discount but when I went to use Apple Pay it refreshed and removed the discount. I didn't notice until the next day and items already shipped so I cannot cancel the order and because I don't have a discount code they said they cant help me even though I have an email showing 30% off. They are quick to ship but that probably so you can't cancel your items. This is official NFL shop. I would expect better quality items and better service read more

I purchased, what I thought would be a high quality tee shirt soon after the Super Bowl from, what I thought was the NFL Pro Shop, not Fanatics. Well, the shirt from FANATICS came today and, while the design and colors were fine, the quality and weight of the tee shirt was CRAP. For $45 I was expected much more. I'll be lucky to get a year out of this piece of garbage. My advice is to make damn sure that what you're buying is NOT from these guys. I feel foolish and completely ripped off. Make sure to review their return policy. Certain items that are on sale are final sale and they won't accept it back or exchange it if it doesn't fit or you don't like it. Customer service won't help. The item I purchased was listed and pictured as a hoodie and what I received was a paper thin shirt. Such a waste of money! Not buying from them again. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a jersey. It didn't fit properly so I initiated a return. They offered me to refund a gift card or my money back however, if they refunded my money back, it would've been less than the gift card refund. However, when I got the gift card refunded they didn't refund the shipping, which how can you be an online clothing, retail and not have a better return shipping deal for your customers. I assumed since this is associated with the pro shop stores that I would then be able to use the gift card to purchase the jersey in person at one of the storefront so that I could actually try it on but no when you get the gift card refunded, you can only purchase online again. Then when I tried to re-order the jersey it was out of stock for like two months then when I was waiting for there to be a promo when I was reading the fine print if you purchased the item with a gift card the promo doesn't apply. Whatever you do, do not order anything from them online. They will lie about their expected delivery date (before Christmas) and then tell you it's too late to cancel the order even when the expected delivery date is a month out. Very Poor Customer Service, I bought a shirt for a friends birthday but bought the wrong size, I bought what I thought was a sale price but they are telling me it was a clearance price and is not refundable. I did not see anything stating that when I purchased it. I just wanted to send the one back and get another one I was not asking for money back but was told No they would not do that, so I have a shirt that no one will wear paid 55.00 for and will never shop at Fanatics again. Purchased a $169 Drake Maye jersey for a Christmas present. Its very cheap looking with all vinyl iron numbers, stripes, etc...definitely not worth that price point. Because it is considered a custom jersey with Drake Mayes name, its non refundable and cannot be exchanged. I couldn't even speak to a live agent. If they had other Drake Maye jerseys available for sale for Christmas, I would not had to order a custom made jersey. Very disappointing and not customer service friendly. Very unsatisfactory and subpar customer service. I would even say non existent customer service. Not what I would expect from a US based company. This is exactly how companies lose their customer base! read more

1. Misleading Discount: At the time of purchase, the website advertised a 25% discount on the items I ordered. This discount was not applied to my order at checkout, despite being prominently displayed. 2. Delivery Timeline: The website stated the items would be delivered in 3-4 days. Only after placing my order did I receive confirmation that delivery would take up to two weeks. This is a clear case of misleading advertising. 3. Inability to Cancel: Within a few hours of placing the order, I contacted Fanatics to cancel due to the above issues. I was told cancellation was not possible, even though the items had not shipped. I was instructed to wait for delivery and then go through the return process at my own expense. 4. Unfair Return Policy: I find it unacceptable that I am being forced to pay return shipping for an order that was both misrepresented and not delivered under the terms that were advertised. read more

I got a $50 gift card for someone thinking he could gamble with it.. the person working behind the counter at CVS explicitly told me that this card could be used for gambling on their website.. does not say anywhere on the gift card itself that you can't gamble with it.. why would anybody use a gambling website to buy sports merchandise? I was told throughout the process that I would receive a discount for typing in a code that they gave me in the beginning of the order. There was never anywhere to type the code so sixty more dollars for fanatics.com. Tried to write an e-mail and of course it was a no-reply e-mail. Buyer beware!
