She was able to connect with him in a personal way and was able to relay messages I knew only he would have for me. He's got a heck of a personality; if you're looking for the cliche-type readers with lots of buzzwords..it's not Frank's style! He doesn't need these gimmicks, he's got the art down pat. Lots of accuracy with everything he's said. Furthermore, he was generous with his time- not rushing me out, taking his time to listen to me talk. He's just an outstanding human being and I feel like I made a new friend! Bravo Frank.

Everything she said during the reading made no sense and she was obviously hoping I would give her clues to work with and trick me but it pretty much just ended on her admitting she couldn't seem to make any connections for me. If you're looking for someone real for help I would stay away from Alanna.

Many of my girlfriends believe in the power of intention, and have a spiritual side, whether it comes from a belief in a higher power, or they dabble in the fun of horoscopes, feng shui, numerology or having their tarot cards read with the girls. You can get items from everywhere to a few dollars to a few hundred dollars, so this store definately covers all price ranges. I was in there this weekend for the first time in a few months, looking for stocking stuffers for my two best friends. When I walked in on my left, there were a number of Himilayan salt lamps starting in the $30 range. Much of the jewellery is hippie-ish, so if this is your style, you will go nuts! Some is a little higher end with semi precious stones and crystals. There is also an elaborate book section, where you can get books on anything from power of intention, health related books, "how-to" books on spirituality and even a large selection of tarot cards. There is also a pretty good selection of crystals and stones. What I value, is that there are often descriptions of what healing properties the different stones have. if you like display items make out of stones, there is no shortage of spheres, balls, wands and other products. You can even book readings here, if you are looking for some guidance from their local psychic or medium. Sage, color therapies, clothing, blankets, instruments - its all here! I've painted at other pottery places before, but this is my first time at Color Me Mine. I was impressed by the great selection of pottery pieces available and there was so much to choose from that the kids were picking a piece, changing their mind, and then changing it again! They even had licensed character pottery pieces like Snoopy, Peanuts, Hello Kitty, and Monsters Inc! We finally settled on a fairy riding a unicorn piece (Can it get any more girly than that?) and my daughter had so much fun picking out paint colours. The staff working at the Color Me Mine Kensington location was a huge help explaining how to get the most vibrant colour from the paint, how long the whole process takes, and she was came around to change the water frequently. She even showed my daughter the kiln and explained how the whole process worked to fire the pottery. We had a great afternoon and I can't wait to see the finished result!

When we back to paint them my grand daughter put a great deal of effort into painting hers and was very proud of it. We went back to pick them up to be told that hers had broken and caused 10 other pieces to be damaged. My grand daughter was devasted and made to feel guilty that her pottery had damaged others and then had nothing to show for her hard work. Never going back there!!
