Not really sure what the negative reviews here are about. Some things like back orders and software glitches are beyond their control. Then I asked if he had a letter of authenticity for the item because he was asking a lot of money for it. The owner then became very aggressive and really upset that I even asked for the letter of authenticity. He said "why does everything need a letter of authenticity??" I said "because you are asking alot of money for something and I just wanted to make sure it is real." He said "I told you it was real." So I just gave the item back and left the store. I would never do business with this man. I won't be back.

Their sign says they are open every day, including from 1-5pm on Sunday.
