I had informed him that I was looking for roofing estimates and he was able to set an appointment with me to come out the next day. Grant arrived on time and did a full inspection on the roof. He was able to provide me with an estimate right away and quoted me at $7900 for 2,100 sq ft of roof and that also included the installation of five attic vents. After getting four different estimates, Messick Roofing was by far the most reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Wallace and his crew. Very personable guy and extremely helpful of aiding me in picking out a new roof color. They arrived on time. They finished on time. They cleaned up all their mess. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and Mikayla did a great job following up and confirming. She scheduled Dalton to complete a roof inspection, and he was excellent. Dalton respected my time by messaging me with an ETA when he was running late and was very apologetic. He was polite, professional, and thorough during the inspection. He even went above and beyond by snapping a photo of our dryer vent to point out excess lint build-up--a safety issue I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. That was greatly appreciated! Started off okay then the high pressure sales was on to get your insurance information and then you…read morehave to sign on to their contract before you actually get the numbers. So whatever price is given or they get you have to pay. Not the quality way to do business. They are supposed to work with your insurance company but who knows how that's going to go but they got you in a signed contract and as they put it you can't get out of it. I would not recommend this business because of the lock-in contract and if you don't like it too bad. Beware!
