We scheduled service for the next day, and they spent hours digging up hard clay soil to replace the backflow preventer. After the new backflow preventer was installed, they proceeded to hydro jet our main sewer line from the ground and through a roof vent until it was completely clean. As I am typing a tornado watch alert has come across my phone! This exact same turn of events occurred last Spring with the Event Center. We were in the contract phase of the sale of the property. Then comes Oklahoma weather, the storm caused various degrees of damaged tearing off metal exposing parts of the building. Obviously with a contract and inspections these would need resolved. We knew we had a claim with the insurance. Through this process as many know insurance companies do not want to spend more than they have to and will spend money on "experts" (employed by them) to try to save the company money. Bedlam Roofing and Contracting not only met with us multiple times but they also brought their own licensed forensic expert. There are many technologies that can be deployed for both parties. For example, the exact date of occurrence is something your insurance will ask for because then they go to a database to verify hail, wind, etc. I would highly recommend the services of Bedlam Roofing and Contracting for all your needs. All questions I had prior to the project acceptance were answered with the most expertise for the field. Bedlam will have recommendations for improvements to the design which I highly recommend following. May still have gone with them but it would have been a more informed choice.
