I try to find out why and I was told someone would call me back and no one ever did. When I called back three days later I spoke to someone else who also promised to call me back and let me know and she never called me back either. Finally I contacted the technician who advised that it was no longer profitable for them to service my account at the price that they were servicing it for. This is after several years of doing business so I am rating them accordingly because of the way they irresponsibly cancelled without notice and their unprofessional behavior. The way that I found them was that they originally were doing my entire community but the association fired them for shotty service. Not recommended.

After checking both the inside and outside, he recommended a very reasonable quarterly extermination plan. I immediately told him the start spraying.
