She couldn't make the time she originally asked for a call so we found a new time that worked for us. When I shared her fees were too high so this isn't what we were looking for, she asked for the other nanny service places I had spoken with. She pointed out a specific company and was telling me they cost more, which is not what they offered me. She quickly got combative and then said yeah, daycare is the best route for you after I generally mentioned what we were looking into with no specific details. I found her unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend a company that treats potential clients this way.

Before I write this review, I think I should define what CSS means to me. It's childcare insurance,…read moreflexibility, freedom, and piece of mind. I've used CSS for 5 years now (since my oldest was 2 and youngest 3 months) and have met a number of sitters over the years 20? 30? And they are amazing. ALL of them. Not some. Not one. ALL. They love kids. They are smart. They are mature. And my children cannot wait to see them come back. Why are they great, bc Tori the owner is great. She advocates for both the parents and sitters and takes out the guesswork. She thoroughly interviews each and every sitter to ensure they are the right fit and can properly represent the CSS name. I've delayed on writing this review bc I'm not a reviewer. Good or bad, it's just not something I do. But people should know about CSS. It's been a blessing to be able to use the service and meet great, reliable sitters, and alway have an advocate for childcare in this big city to make sure my kids are safe. Thank you CSS. thank you Tori.

Maria's Nanny Agency fulfilled those expectations in every sense possible and I'm glad I was referred to them by one of my coworkers. I had a work-related conference and my wife was out-of-state visiting family, so I hired them for a short period to take care of my two kids while they were at their grandparents. The nanny executed her responsibilities perfectly, even with some of the specific requests I had. My kids have some picky eating habits and mannerisms that make them a task to deal with. We've had some nannies before, which did not end up working out because of our high expectations. I can say with confidence that our nanny from Maria's Nanny Agency did at excellent job at managing the kids, with particular attention to the details I had noted. Came back from my work engagement with happy kids and happy grandparents. She has a very natural way with kids and a demeanor that made me comfortable with her being responsible for my children. I shared my experience with my coworker and she was not surprised as she had a great experience as well. Definitely give Maria's Nancy Agency my highest recommendation for whatever needs you may have for watching or care-taking your children. I hope to be using this nancy service in the future if the needs comes up again. Thanks again.

Every Director and teacher is so nice and caring, but if you have an infant, the Lilac room is where you need to be. Their enrollment has drastically dropped and it shows when entering the school. The facility is dirty and cluttered. The rooms are not regularly cleaned not mopped, vacuumed, or especially deep cleaning the rugs regularly. The infant rooms are filthy. children who wear white or light colored clothing will not be that color during pickup that be the first sign of their "cleanliness". It's a pricy daycare 2,500 for full time children but the portion sizes for meals are not sufficient for children (same portion for an infant & a 4 year old). Ask to see pictures of portion size. The laundry machine has black mold growing for years. Children's clothes and toys are washed daily in hazardous filth. The enrollment director will say anything just for you to sign up, half of the times lies. Especially the rooftop it's not a play space it once used to be. The play structure is falling apart and the wood is rotting. Hence, why they don't tour the rooftop. They try pushing the "green environmental organic trend" nothing green about this place. The cloth organic diaper system was once great also falling apart. Cloth diapers come in shredded from being old, not cleaned properly many times cloths come in with previous stains. There was 2 incidents were an infant teacher broke a 6 month old infants leg. Same teacher burnt a child's leg causing 3rd degree burns. Nothing was done to the teacher, teacher still continues her journey with the place. Please be careful enrolling your children. This place sweeps everything under the rug to keep them afloat. Double think about your precious little one. This is not the daycare you want to enroll.

IMPORTANT EDIT: I've attempted to share my experience with this business by reviewing them on…read moreFacebook, not once, but twice. Both reviews have been deleted In the span of 24 hours. I've done the research, it's impossible to delete a Facebook review. I have no idea how they did it, but either way, my voice is being suppressed/silenced. This is unacceptable, and frankly, dangerous. **** A rep from Andy's Hub contacted me via Facebook messenger offering me $17 hourly for 4 students in an eLearning pod. I assume this individual was reaching out in response to an ad I posted in several Facebook networking groups which clearly listed my rates beginning at $30 hourly for eLearning support. Professionals supporting children with eLearning should expect to earn $10-20 per hour, *per child*. These nannies/caregivers typically earn $20+ hourly working with *one* child from *one* family, for childcare-only related tasks. eLearning support is HARD WORK, and should be compensated as such. If you check their website, (please see attached screenshot for reference) for rates, you'll see they charge families $40 hourly, *per child* for "group academic support". So, does that mean Andy's Hub is pocketing $143/per hour (with a 4 hour minimum!!) for groups of 4 students eLearning, and paying the eLearning assistant $17/hour? This organization is a detriment to the professional nanny/caregiver industry. While candidates can certainly decline to work with Andy's Hub, their practices are setting unreasonable compensation expectations for clients, which in turn tanks market rates for experienced professionals in the industry. In this extreme time of volatility and need, Andy's Hub is clearly taking advantage of unprecedented circumstances by undercutting caregivers of well-deserved market rates, and taking advantage of families by severely padding service provider rates, for their own bottom line. Gross.
