Additionally, we experienced trainings at other agencies, and they were FAR better organized and more informative than those we attended at HOPE. (Including one which my spouse attended at HOPE, and I attended elsewhere, giving us the opportunity for direct comparison.) Finally, our assigned worker failed to be an active advocate for us when it counted. I would not under any circumstances recommend this agency. We have pursued other avenues for expanding our family, and couldn't be happier to be separated from HOPE.

This dress is a family treasure; thin cotton, with lots of lace, it's been worn by most of the babies in my generation, and our children, for our christenings. I did some research on restoration places and found their website. The customer service is great; they will have you send photos and do a consult before you send your piece. After my wedding I brought my dress back here for treasured garments to package it up for storage. After the dress was cleaned they called me and allowed me to swing by to check it out before putting it in the box for storage. Odd but true, someone had gotten a little blood on my dress at my ceremony and those stains came right out. They were very patient with my crazy schedule and I really appreciate everything they did for me.
