They went above and beyond with their customer service and even made sure the flowers got there that day, even after they had already closed! You just don't find service like this anymore, and it's clear why they've been around for so long. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Definitely recommending them! This is my second time using them, and will be the only flower shop I will use when sending flower in the Portsmouth area.

Ran across Rich's website and saw a couple good deals I wanted to check into. Went in today and within a couple minutes of browsing, a young lady named Valerie assisted me. Very informative and knew her stuff. She actually made purchasing my washer AND dryer fun. Delivery is set in just a few days. If I need to replace any of my other appliances, I will definitely make the drive from Russell KY to Portsmouth. Customer service was 5+

I got a great deal on Frigidaire refrigerator, much better than Lowe's or Big Sandy! I knew what I…read morewanted and had excellent service at the store. No bait and switch and very effiecent service. In and out in 15 min. The delivery men were awesome. They showed me everything about the refrigerator, ie, how to change water filter, settings, how to use Hex wrenches to adjust doors, explained about running water through the water dispenser and disposing of first ice before using, etc. can't say enough good about them. My husband and I were so impressed by delivery we were sure to tip delivery men generously!

Purchased a 10' x 12' shed from this company through needashed.com, which has a location in…read moreMiddletown that you can go view some of the sheds. The guy at needashed, Jim, was a very nice, honest man. He wasn't a pushy salesman, just gave us all the details & info that we needed. We purchased the shed through him & he gave us an estimated delivery date that was about 3 weeks out from the purchase date. He forwards the purchase info on to the Cricket company, who then begins to build our shed & calls with a more exact delivery date/time once the shed is complete. They offer many different sheds in all styles & even offer painted ones! They can deliver it to your house already built or they can build on-site, however I believe he said there was additional cost for that & they won't paint it in-site, so then you have to paint it yourself. Most of their sheds come with metal roofs, however for an additional charge they will do shingles. The guys who delivered the shed actually got to our house after the sun had went down, which was a little later than the expected arrival time, so I was a bit nervous because we had no lights that far back in the yard, but they did a great job! Comes with a warranty as well. Highly recommend.
