The associates do not care and the managers DO NOT CARE...they will avoid you like the plague. I spend $64 just to get a receipt, take the survey, then return all the crap. I went directly afterwards to Sephora inside JC Penny and was treated LIKE A QUEEN. This store specializes in sub-par customer service and when you ask for help, they will all develop a hearing problem. This location is a black mark on the company and it's culture. So do yourself a favor: go to Sephora or even Walgreen's for your products...at least you'll be treated in a dignified manner!

Especially in the middle of a pandemic. She also tried to tell me that it was a law that all your medications had to be filled at the same pharmacy. Say what? I fill medications at 2 different pharmacies depending on where I'm running errands. Following this premise, if I used a local pharmacy, like I do, Acadiana Prescription Shop, and I'm out of town and have to refill a medication, what am I supposed to do? Anyway, you would think that with this whole stay at home order and doctors offices closed, and trucks not coming in with new supplies, that they would of been a little more understanding. The staff is great and the accessory selection is huge. Valerie, the manager, spent over an hour helping me with my phone and Jorge, the technician, repaired a broken screen on my wife's phone. This place is full service and the prices can not be beaten. Boost Mobile runs on the Sprint system. So for exactly the same product as Sprint sells for $120 a month, you can get for only $45.00 a month. We cut our family phone bill down (3 phones) by $180 bucks!!! As a retired ex-Family Physician, I know what to look for in a pharmacy, and this one is excellent. This is a Pharmacy/Drug Store, with selections of both prescription and "OTC" medications. There is little or no front end retail; like candy, flowers, liquor, etc. Just great medications with great service. Easy parking, short waits, drive-through, personal service, & low co-pay's.
