They've got everything you need for things around the house, from toothpaste and other toiletries to kitchenware and even hardware. The manager here is quite helpful and will direct you to the proper isle. Parking in the lot is free (and usually quite available) and they're even open till 8pm on most nights. This cashier who acts like he is the manager with no name tag/ID or no customer service skill whatsoever. Im sorry to take his pic because i would like to report to the upper management or to help customers avoid this guy at all costs. Firstly, he confused us. We went in line at a family and he thought we re separate bcz we have a bunch of stuff in our cart. He told us to go to another line but there was already someone there and then he yelled at us that we didn't pay attention. Meanwhile he is hot with his sweaty shirt and he is the one that screams at us in front of everyone. Then he said we had attitude and refused to continue the service. Meanwhile my aunt calmly answered him that he is wrong; and he has to continue the service. He was so rude and disrespectful to the customers. I know it s hot but please calm down; we re customers wanting to get out too. We dont want to get verbal Abuse here. Will never return! 99cent stores have much more stuff and they want customers!

Too bad there is zero stars…read more I purchased a PoE Network switch from William Werner. He shipped me the wrong model (a NON-PoE switch which was useless to me). In trying to work out the issue, he asked I return ship it to him, but did not reimburse my shipping costs (cost $53 to return ship this big heavy switch) even though it was 100% HIS error. I know we all make mistakes, but William took zero accountability for this issue, and despite my purchase being done in good faith, he took took advantage of my purchase not being local, and avoided all communication. So, when he gets a zero when it comes to integrity, business ethics and a zero when it comes to customer service.

There is inevitably someone tidying up the shelves, another refolding shirts and someone else greeting new customers as they walk in. I recently picked up a sweet wooden triangle decoration (literally, it's just a big wooden triangle). I didn't have anything in mind but knew that I would find a use for it... and that I did. I actually hung up in my bathroom and am using it to display a candle. With one single nail, it's rather sturdy and for $5, adds a simple yet chic touch to the space. You can always find the most random cute things here. Good luck getting back to your car with just one thing. And for that reason, I love Five Below.

I came in…read moreyesterday to purchase toys for an upcoming Yelp Toy Drive Event and feel that I really got a good line up of quality toys, at a very reasonable price in total. We're smack in the middle of holiday season so it wasn't surprising to see a rather long line. To my delight, they had 5 employees each working a register so in true Five Below fashion, the light moved super fast. You really can't the deals here. I'm not surprised to see that their company stock has been rebounding fast. I mean, who doesn't love nifty products at great prices?!

The selection is as bad as expected, because what can I say for a Five Below? They can't sell much besides candy and toys without selling anything that's over 5 dollars. The value isn't great either, especially because it's a Five Below. Overall, the experience wasn't pleasing.
