The staff was preaching body positivity and offered to help me multiple times. They even opened a dressing room and took my stuff there for me. We enjoyed the free samples on hand with the cheese dip and chips. The grocery section was fun and my kids made sure that I would not leave the shop without buying the pop corn that would pop off the cobb. Upstairs, there is a really nice selection of Christmas decor. We loved the animatronics, especially the ice skaters gliding on the artificial ice. Before you leave, a great photo opp is available in front of the store with it's bright red Love sign. I gathered up the family and someone helped snap our photo. We thought this was a great stop.

The flowers stayed healthy and bright lookin for many days. Customers Service above and beyond, Professionalism from the greeting, florist noticed I was in a hurry so she picked-up her pace thereby making "My" urgency, "Her" urgency, they had the most wonderful small items to include with my bouquet, and she remained considerate of what my price range was and kept me within my limits or gave me the option to increase..but never assumed. I haven't been in a store/business in a long time where I wasn't told "look over there", or "we probably don't have anymore". They looked for me, with me, and did whatever it took to, in the end, make me proud of my gift that I was going to be presenting to someone.

I appreciate that they reached out to me and will contact them directly in the event I need another arrangement. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my father and paid over $100, I paid extra to ensure delivery on a Friday morning prior to noon. The funeral home contacted me the Monday before and told me the flowers had arrived that morning, obviously they would not last till Friday. I contacted the flower cottage and they said they would make it right. On Friday when I arrived for the service the arrangement was nothing like I ordered as you can see from the photos. I also paid extra for a ribbon with "Dad" on it, had I known they were simply going to write it in marker I would have purchased my own. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will never use or recommend the flower cottage again.

If you want beautiful, solid wood furniture and great service this is the furniture store you…read moreshould be shopping at!! We bought a dresser and 2 nightstands made in solid cherry at their annual October sale in Culpepper and they were ready for delivery ahead of their initial estimate. I provided my own drawer handles (I didn't see any offered that I wanted) and they gladly installed them on the dresser and nightstands. Delivery and setup in my bedroom (on the 2nd floor) was included and even helped me move the existing furniture around to accommodate the new pieces. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the furniture, the workmanship and the staff. The prices are in line with stores like Pottery Barn and others but the quality exceeds what you pay at these big-box stores. Touring the work shop is a must - the various woods and colors are amazing. Other accessories such as hand made pottery lamps (amazing!!), and decorative items are always for sale. (Thank you for my "kitchen squirrels" - they were wonderful gifts for my friends that bake a lot). If you have any doubts about their furniture, just look at the older reviews - they are consistent with my experience. You will keep this furniture forever! Will be purchasing more products in the future from these folks.
