The bulk of the supply was frozen, thawed and packaged. Fresh spices were not well stocked. Needed fresh basil but couldn't find it. The basil assigned location had rosemary, and cilantro packets but no basil. Mostly every other section seemed well stocked. Prices were average as the cost of groceries has increased no matter where you shop. The store does not offer self checkout. This was disappointing. They had two express lanes open that were both impeding the traffic flow because lines were so long. The other lines were just as long and they barely had cashiers at those... I think there were 3. The store does have an M&T Bank inside, Redbox and Amazon Hub. They offer paper bags or you can bring your own reusable bags.

I thought the location was really sketch and it had gone downhill since I've been here but the people in here are so nice/heartwarming and have hearts of gold. I had too much stuff and my young kid wouldnt go down the escalator without me so this lady who happen to be nearby matter of factly took his hand and rode him down the escalator and wouldnt accept a word of thanks. The store manager especially at this location is an extremely aggressive and angry employee. I was trying to purchase 4 shoes which were on sale (not release date shoes) so 2 of each shoe. The manager comes to the register yells at me and says I am only allowed to buy 1 of each shoe (as if he was granting me some wish). Then he says to me " I'm tired of Y'all coming up in here". Sir what do you mean by Y'all? Is it because I'm not African American or because I'm a customer? And he than aggressively asked me if I had a problem with him and if I had something to say? So last time I checked I was at a store in a shopping mall inside a building. This isn't a liquor store on the streets of Baltimore. That's until an argument broke out between management and a customer. The language was so foul I can't repeat it cause I don't want anyone's ears to burn in disgust. I was shook for a minute. I wanted to leave but I decided to stay to see how long it would take for someone to ask me if I needed any help. Needless to say I'm still waiting. Being in Snipes is like being on Pennsylvania and North Avenue. This place needs a good overhaul, better training, and students who really want to be there. I'm actually afraid to shop in this store. I've been going to Mondawmin mall for quite a while here in there because I live in the area…read more lately the workers at that rainbows have been very rude and disrespectful. they don't know how to do their job right! I went there today to return two items and the lady had to get a manager to sign in for the refund, the worker continue to check out the items and while she was taking them out the bag she ripped the tag off and claimed it was never on. The tag was clearly on there and I made sure to check before going into the store, so I could not return because of her ripping the tag off and the manager was very disrespectful when I told her the worker ripped the tag off. I couldn't return anything so I left, I recommend the rainbows in Catonsville National Pike and I recommend the rainbows in Reisterstown in that little shopping center next to the dollar tree and CVS.
